XA9661978 Very disappointed with the service . I sent 2 Original Pieces of Art to Dumbarton with added insurance cover for 2.5k.. The Parcel could not be delivered on Tuesday 11th to the address in question. The Person at No 15 was taking the Parcel on behalf of her son in law.. The Parcel got delivered 4 doors away on the 11th just before 12am..The problem was that the delivery driver did not leave a postcard with the neighbours address to the original address( no 15) it should have gone to.. It was not until very late last night (12th) that neighbours 4 doors away dropped it off to no 15.. The lady at no 15 was very elderly and quite upset by this time.. my customer was also very stressed thinking that we had lost 2 pieces of Original Art which is for his wifes Birthday.. Why did a Parcel of such value get delivered 4 doors away instead of being redelivered ? Why did the delivery driver not leave a Postcard at no 15 with the neighbours address on ? The tracking and setting up the parcel to send were great and straightforward to use.
It was alarming to note that just towards when the parcel was near to being delivered a message came up Parcel damaged and returned to depot. However shortly after I had a message from the recipient to say it had arrived safely and undamaged(well packed), so I never got to the bottom of what the problem /message was all about!
Delivery was speedy and efficient.

A fantastic tool to find the most suitable parcel delivery service.
My most recent experience wasnt completely flowless due to UPS listing a Yeep box as the nearest drop off point however, as it it turned out, that was not available for my booking through Parcel Monkey.

Unfortunately I used Parcel Monkey to deliver a parcel that was damaged in transit by Parcel Force. The parcels were sent with Parcel Forces 24 Service which which has inclusive compensation of up to £150 for each parcel. However, Parcel Monkey is only offering a maximum of £60 compensation for the damaged item. This does not cover the cost of the item or the postage paid. I do feel extremely let down and ripped off by Parcel Monkey. It should explain at the time bookings are made that it doesnt offer the same service and protection provided by the company who will deliver the parcels. After this experience I will be closing my account and I will not be using Parcel Monkeys services in the future. I would advise people to go directly to the parcel delivery company rather than use a third party to avoid a similar situation. Never has the idiom "the organ grinder, not the monkey" been more apt.

Excellent international delivery booking service. Package arrived in good condition with no damage via Parcel force booked through parcel monkey for much cheaper than it would have been booking direct. Parcel monkey made the customs, tracking and labelling easy as possible. Would recommend.

UPS was sent to pick up my parcel from the seller .But the van driver not would except it because it had no bar code label ? I would of thought the UPS driver would of taken a bar coded label with him . I have posted a label 5 days ago 1st class and she said they have not received yet . Iam very worried that I being scammed
