Sent a large parcel to Louisiana USA. Had no problems with the delivery on the day they quoted. Overall a good experience and at a great price.

I seriously wonder what it is I am paying parcelmonkey.com for. I pay for a service that provides me with exactly what? I thought parcel monkey.com supposed to be the middle man here. Parcelmonkey.com is supposed to deal with the courtier on the customers behalf. I paid extra money for insurance so in the event of a parcel getting lost Id be covered. Pointless. Instead parcelmonkey.com is just giving me excuse after excuse and will not fulfill the contract. Instead parcelmonkey.com keeps sending me to do the legwork they should be doing themselves. They are a utterly useless service. Dont bother using them, they can be completely removed and thats what I am doing right now. Im no longer using parcelmonkey.com services, Im going directly to the courier and it is actually working out cheaper and they actually deliver and are helpful when theres a problem. Avoid parcelmonkey.com, as soon as theres an issue with a shipment theyll disappear on you, you are on your own.

The merchandise is stuck in customs although I filled in the parcel Force declaration and have also submitted ID and foto ID to Spanish Correos customs - very frustrating!

Was quoted £48 to deliver a parcel to Northern Ireland. Parcel was delivered, however I was charged an additional £52 they claimed our parcel dimensions where incorrect. Absolutely nonsense the parcel was checked by 2 people and weighed twice. Daylight robbery. Why dont these people contact you prior to delivery to check or bring problems to light, instead they just increase the fee without any notification or even consent. Will never use again be very weary when sending parcels through Parcel Monkey.

Very quick delivery to USA!
Dropped off a large parcel at access point on a Monday evening and it arrived at destination on Thursday afternoon. The quickest we’ve experienced at a very reasonable cost.

Parcel Monkey were great but carrier, Parcelforce Global Priority were very poor. Parcel destination was USA, tracking showed arrived JAMAICA. System not updated in over 3 days! At time of writing I have no clue where Parcel is!!!

Parcel collected on time,but it took longer than the 48 hrs express service I paid for. It was collected on the Tuesday as arranged,but I didnt receive it until the Friday. A little disappointed. I also think I paid Insurance,so I should get fee back

Parcel took longer than they quoted. Also they added an extra charge stating the parcel was twice as heavy as it actually was and of course when I questioned it and sent proof as to the weight they didn’t even reply. Avoid this service

Driver picked up on time having getting a bit lost a bit and calling, making every effort to get to me at a remote location. Parcel then arrived on time across Europe. The pricing was extremely competitive so was a little worried almost too cheap so could I trust the service. I needn’t have worried and Parcel Monkey will be my go to next time. Thanks.

Huge amount charged after delivery. If my parcel was out in weight it was only by max 2kg. Thought £56 a lot to add on. VERY DISSATISFIED

I contacted parcel monkey and they were so helpful and professional. They came within a couple of days to pick up my parcel which was a large parcel ( a kitchen trolley). It only cost me £11 to send back to Amazon and the courier came with a label and a smile and gave me the receipt. I was contacted from amazon the very next morning to say they had received my return. I will definitely use parcel monkey for any returns or even sending parcels anywhere. Absolute fantastic company. Thank you ????

Sent parcel to Paris France .Just across the river. Parcelforse says will take 3 working days while booking to deliver .i booked my parcel 6 days before. Actually took ages 9 working days when someone was travelling back home fm there and intended to take the things in the parcel back home but eventually he couldn’t make it as it was delivered too late a week after. Very frustrating So it was a awful experience.

I bought a 4 day service and it was almost 10 days delivery. As it was from UK to Alabama, USA I was alarmed to see parcel go to JAMAICA on tracker! Happily, parcel was delivered, though I did get very worried about possible loss.

DONT USE!! my parcel was sat for 4 days not picked up I was told it will be tomorrow and tomorrow never came I have to take the parcel 15 miles to the UPS depot all because Parcel monkey never booked the collection
