Absolutely dreadful customer service. Contacted them 4 days ago to find out the whereabouts of a parcel that was booked on an overnight delivery 6 days ago. Received an email 2 days ago to say they would look in to it and then heard nothing. Contacted them on live chat today and the support agent point blank refused to give me any information on their policy regarding refunds. Still waiting for my parcel. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I booked a 2 day international parcel delivery through parcel monkey that was with parcel force. I dropped my parcel on a Tuesday evening and it was on its way by Wednesday morning however it did not get delivered to its destination in Ireland until 5 working days later. It was a waste of time paying for the 2 business day delivery

Delivered on time etc and packaging seemed undamaged. Awful noise when plugged in as fan damaged (smashed into lots of pieces) signs of other damage to unit, stress marks, consistant with unit been dropped as no visable damage to packaging. Paid for insurance but probably not worth trying to claim. Package near max weight at 28Kg and too busy.Not used carriers for years due to bad experiences.

The delivery using UPS as courier to the USA was amazingly fast. Delivery booked Thursday, collected Friday, arrived with the recipient on the following Monday. Just one working day! Blown away.

Internet equivalent of that taxi tout trying to hustle you when you walk out of the airport after arriving on holiday. They just want their cut, and the chance to sell you more stuff. I swore at them 3 times before Id finished booking my parcel in. Amateurs.

Hit with a surcharge from UPS more than the original charge, said address was wrong when it wasn’t, also charged for irregular shaped parcel despite me originally stating the package was 2 car tyres. Refused to refund. Not impressed at all.

I paid for a next day delivery service with DX Service on the 25th of March 2025. Today Is the 6th Of April 2025, the item has NOT been delivered, in fact, parcel monkey and DX Service cannot accurately tell where my item is currently. When I called to express my dissatisfaction with the situation, the Parcel monkey staff confrontatiional and dismissive.
