Booked a UPS collection through Parcel Monkey — they failed to collect twice, gave conflicting information, and left me stuck chasing both companies with no clear answers. No driver ever showed, no updates, no resolution. The parcel was too heavy to take to a drop-off point, and now I’m having to try and get it directly to the warehouse myself. Absolutely useless service. Never using them again.

Parcel Monkey usually is very efficient and super reliable however this time there was a delay on our parcel. They did update instructions all the time however this is why I am giving 4* and not 5*.
It is super easy to use and MUCH more affordable than sending things direct through the PostOffice or DHL etc.

I booked 2 parcels for home collection. They were not collected on the specified day but the day after. The tracking system is dire. Email notifications were unavailable for one parcel but not the other. The online tracking is complex and slow and rarely updated. Much slower and less efficient than other delivery services I’ve used. I will not use Parcel Monkey again.

Very good communication and service generally, but am rating as 2 stars as on pick up driver came to door, my son offered to help him carry large box to van, driver walked off to van and left my son to carry package on his own, in the process injuring his finger. If it was my responsibility to get package to van that was not made clear I hope I will get a response to this.

This is my second time to use Parcel Monkey UK, and I will definitely be using them again. Excellent, easy to navigate site. Both times the boxes have been delivered promptly and unopened to our son and daughter in law in Colorado.

The parcel was collected on Tuesday morning and took until Sat morning to be delivered. The service was advertised as a 72hr service. The parcel was being sent from England to Northern Ireland, but if additional time is required then this should be made clear. No contact or notification of delays during transit.

Sent Thursday morning. Will not arrive until this Monday afternoon at destination. Hardly 24 hours parcel force. The same is happening on a parcel coming to me sent Thursday not even looking like scheduled delivery to me today again parcel force 24.

Parcel took ages to be collected from the drop off point and then was late to be delivered. Delivery was delayed by 24 hours without any explanation. My mum just kept getting messages saying it was delayed and then they canceled delivery until the next day Bit disappointed to be honest considering I paid just over £31 for the parcel which I think is extortionate.
