The continuation of the fiasco with Parcel Monkey. Please see the other reviews of PM to get a recap of the situation. So now, over two months since a parcel was sen t, no delivered and supposedly being returned , it has strangely disappeared. Parcel Monkey refuse to make any response to this parcel. They did in fact make a very vague response after around 15 emails where sent, saying it would be back within 10-16 days.That time has elapsed, and they refuse to acknowledge any emails regarding it. The tracking dosent even show the parcel moving. So, I am sure James will come online and say to open another support ticket with FYI a Manager - Sorry James, thats been done, you dont reply. So why bother even mentioning it? Why not just sort the problem that has been going on for over eight weeks, when I bought and paid for a five day service. You have theoretically stolen my money and my property. How do you respond to that? Claim DPD stole it? Wrong, you are responsible for the orders you take as you are the one the customer pays.

Easy to book online. My parcel was collected the next day and the courier brought an address label as I dont have a printer at present. My parcel was delivered within 48 hours and the cost was half the price than it would have been if Id booked direct with the courier. Will definitely use Parcelmonkey again.

Overall, pretty good. However, when it comes to the postage label there is no barcode or QRF and most importantly there is no print label here button. Its just not very professionally finished.

Encountered several irritating usability problems with the booking system. Online customer support was slow to respond, and their assistance involved fudging the address I was entering in the booking form in order to make it work. Also had problem with a late delivery. Customer service wasnt proactive or helpful enough.

I was extremely pleased with the whole pick up and delivery of the parcel. However, it was delivered to the wrong hotel but was assured by hotel staff that it is easy to make the error as the hotels have the same name in the same location in France. Thats the reason for the 4 stars unfortunately. However, Parcel was collected by hotel staff and addressee got it within a short time. Happy with the service.

I delivered car bonnet I wrapped bubble wrap 3 layers and as well 3 layers card boxes but bonnet was damaged anyway I dont know how?? At first they asked to fill up some form I did it same day by was asked. Then I not hear nothing about one week I wrote them and got the answer that I not fill the form and I inform them about the damage to late. No any compensation. I lost £34 for delivery I paid and £86 was Bonnet worth. Next time I will try avoid parcelmonkey .

I find my experience very devastating. I sent parcel from UK to Sweden. I recently got know that the parcel is being sent back to UK. What? Because the port door? The delivery guys could have called the receiver through telephone or port door. It makes angry that they didnt try at slightest. I wrote the telephone number very clearly and the port door has instructions how to contact the receiver. He was home when the delivery guys tried to deliver. The another issue is lack communication between Parcel Monkey and DPD delivery guys . Parcel Monkey might do a good job but its not enough. Its about the whole result which is far from satisfying. Im going try get money back or let them try send the parcel again.

Parcel Monkey offered very competitive prices and was very easy to use. My International parcel arrived to its destination exactly on time. Would use their services again without hesitation.

Excellent value for money.
The package was picked up from my home mid-morning and was delivered very fast for an international package. 5/5 top marks all round. The only improvement that could be made would be a time slot for the pickup but that is the ONLY negative I found while using this service!

What a joke. Ordered collection two days in advance, paid and received confirmation all ok. No one turned up to collect on the day. Eventually I managed to get hold on someone on a chat support who rearranged the collection for the next day. Guess what - no one comes to collect! Asks someone to call me (on the chat support to sort this out) and the only reply I get back is that they dont do phone support. For real. Requested money back, which has still not happened. Will never ever use again and wouldnt recommend.

I have used parcel monkey several times now and am very impressed by the service, posted to France and Denmark so far and the delivery time was amazing.

Parcels dropped off - arrived 15 days later!! I know this is not due to Parcel Monkey - it was an issue with DPD, but as I booked through PM it was these guys who I turned to for help. No help at all, very bad at responding, no reassurance, awful customer experience In the end I had to resolve issues myself with ebay buyers

WORSE SERVICE EVER - TOTAL SCAM Service advertised on site as "delivery within 2 days" with no fine print. TOTAL LIE, parcel is taking a full week. Have been on PARCEL MONKEY the customer service "chat" since there is no phone number. speaking to 4 guys who have yet to reply after 55 minutes wait. Ridiculous. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Never again. Will make sure to shout loud and clear what appalling service, borderline scam this company is.

Kept fully advised and box was collected as arranged on time.
If it arrives safely and not damaged then I will be delighted. This will be in 4-6 days as we were told.
