Ive used parcel monkey many times to send items to the South of France without any problems. However, the last 2 times there have been issues with the onward agent at the destination (called GLS). Failing to deliver...saying no-one was in...saying they have to go to the depot an hour away to collect & when they get there, its no where to be found. You need to get a grip of your contracted parties in France:they are ruining your reputation.

I have used parcel monkey to send parcels quite a few times and have never been disappointed. I mainly ship from the UK to family in France. Parcels are always delivered on time and the price is far cheaper than going direct to the courier.

The package were picked up the following day, as requested. Although i would have appreciated information of the picking time, but luckily I was able to stay at home the whole day. It was promised to be delivered within 4 days time, which succeeded regardless of the tracking code were not updated - I was expecting the parcel to be still on its way elsewhere in Europe even though it was delivered few hours later. All in all, satisfied with the service-quality-price-ratio.

What a terrible experience I have had with this company. Initially booked my parcel for collection for Monday, parcel was not collected Monday - received a email after chasing this up advising sorry for any inconvenience caused we have arranged for collection Tuesday chased this up on Tuesday to be advised they will chase the courier to ensure parcel would be collected - once again parcel was not collected. - no further update from Parcel Monkey until I chased on Wednesday morning to be told sorry for any inconvenience caused we have arranged for collection Thursday this is totally unacceptable as I would expect my parcel to almost be at its destination by this point. They take your money up front and it all goes downhill from there. not able to speak to a human on the phone as only way of contact is email or live chat with automated answers. will NOT be using this company again - awful service.

Wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Paid for next day service, collected on the Thursday & they didnt deliver until the Monday late afternoon. It seems that they are all a bunch of liars as another courier did similar the last time I used them. They should not charge for a service if they cant deliver in the time that was paid for.
