I recently received an invoice from this company that raised several concerns. Firstly, they charged me an unjustifiable £52.60 for a Samsung TV that supposedly weighs 28.60 kg. I have reached out for clarification on this weight discrepancy, but I have not received any satisfactory explanation. It feels quite unreasonable to charge such a high amount without clear justification. I expected better communication and transparency regarding these charges. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I paid to send a parcel with FedEx and they refused to accept it in two different stores. Apparently it is a common issue. Complete waste of my time and £12.

Surprisingly, sending my parcel to Australia was £20 cheaper using Royal Mail via Parcel Monkey. Completing the form at home was simple, printed off, stuck on the parcel, taken to the Post Office, and the parcel was received within the week. Excellent service, and wont ever go to a Post Office again to send a parcel directly, I will just go to Parcel Monkey.

My experience from this delivery was what I paid for The package arrived on the promised date.I paid extra for that. The package arrived undamaged which is what I expected. Lets not make a song and dance and declare a public holiday out of what I expected for what I paid

This was a much smoother experience than I was expecting after reading leading lots of negative reports. My biggest issue was finding a place to drop off the parcel! The first three on the list of nearest to me told me that they didnt take them. I went to every one of them as no one was answering their phones. I did get through to the fourth store who assured me they would take it. This information MUST be updated. It would also be useful to know the times of the collections from the drop off points.

It was so convenient and easy to ship things home. Love the fact that you pick up the parcel as well as deliver it at the other end. It arrived quickly and in good condition. I will definitely use your services again.

Posted my parecel through ParcelMonkey with Evri, not sure who is to blame. I was never able to see the status of the parcel and it seems to be lost now. It was from the UK to the Netherlands.

The parcel was collected and delivered to the promised timescale, but was left outside the recipients house by the bins. He was not notified by SMS or note through the door that it was there, and it disappeared before he realised it had been left

Very bad service, booked a courier and paid for next day delivery service, I had to wait 3 days but no one collected the parcel had to contact parcel monkey and ask for cancel the order but they didn’t and force to rearrange collection agin wasted another day sitting home buy parcel was not collected.

next day Parcel delivered late. Ticked the box to get a refund if its not delivered on time but parcel monkey dont accept this. Royalmail said I could get a refund but parcel monkey doesnt.

Parcel Monkey collected 6 boxes from me to be delivered back to the company I bought them from. The company only received five boxes. So, I am out of pocket and the collection was £50. The messages back and forth between me and Parcel monkey have been utterly tedious and I am giving up now. They sent me one bar code for 6 boxes which I added to each one. Not great.

I will never use parcel monkey again… I paid for a 24hr service as I needed the item as soon as possible for an event I was hosting in Bournemouth. Therefore I got the item sent direct to the hotel I was staying at… It didn’t arrive within the 24hrs, furthermore it didn’t arrive till 72 hours after it was meant to! I had no email saying it was delayed. Nothing! So when I contacted the company asking them to sort it they went quiet on me. The hotel started to get frustrated with the item being there, so I arranged for it to be collected from them and brought to my work address. I used parcel monkey again thinking they would automatically refund me for the failed service. Instead they’ve told me they won’t be refunding me because I got it collected. Honestly never known something so backwards. Avoid at all costs

I paid for Priority 1 - 3 days and it did not get there on time. Will never use Parcel Monkey and/or Fedex again.

Organised a parcel delivery to the USA with Parcel Monkey where I chose UPS. Price was reasonable with a 1-2 day estimated delivery time. I printed labels off, took my parcel to the drop of point at approx 11am, the parcel was delivered by 10am local time the next day. Very happy and will use this service again

Its not a reliable service. I contracted the service of parcel collection but the courier never arrived. I cancelled the service and asked for a refund; however, in the following days, they assured me that I gave them my parcels. Even though I presented all the possible evidence that I didnt give my parcels to them they didnt consider my evidence and instead, they believed the word of the courier who just said "Yes I collected the parcel". For example, I asked them to check the labels of the boxes that they had collected to verify if my details were in the boxes, but they didnt respond. Additionally, even though I keep insisting, they dont respond to my messages anymore. I am afraid they wont refund me even though the amount of money is considerable.
