Although the parcel was delivered promptly I was disappointed that the price i was quoted was increased. I expected that the price quoted would be the price I would pay. It was not clear that parcel monkey could change the price and take the extra payment without notification

Very poor service take your money and are very unhelpful when dealing with issues. I sent a package to Ireland with very low value filled all the required paperwork and now the company they sent parcel with is demanding tax to be paid even though there is nothing due as it is way below the tax payable threshold. They are now holding my parcel to ransom until it’s paid !! Please avoid this company very poor service. If I could give them a zero I would.

Excellent service. Parcel delivered in 2 days. I appreciate being able to address the parcel at home and, with the QR code, print the label at the Evri collection point. Perfect for me an old lady of 85 years!

I sent a parcel on 24 Jan, expecting reliable service. Instead, my parcel has been missing for over a month, and they have failed to provide any clear updates or resolution. I had to chase them repeatedly for updates, and they kept giving vague responses. They cannot locate my parcel but refuse to compensate me properly. Despite their own policy stating minimum £50 compensation for lost items, they are making excuses instead of processing my claim. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If they cannot guarantee delivery, they should not be in business. I strongly advise against using this courier unless you want to risk losing your package and your money. ????

This company are useless to fault, and this complaint has been going on since before Christmas 2024. After paying the money to have 4 parcels delivered before Christmas and then promised a collection date and rough time, I duly wrapped the parcels securely. 1 to Cambridge, 1 to Southampton 1 for Wiltshire and the last one to Bristol. Day of.collection, I was told no labels would need printing as the driver would bring them etc so waited in all day... No courier, and worse no information as to why so I sent a message through their system. Then was required to put in all the details of the consignment etc, so that they could find the delivery etc. Apparently their own consignment number does nothing until the parcels have been collected... I was told, in 2days. Sweating a bit as Christmas was coming up and obviously I want them there before the special day.. hurrah the courier turns up, has no labels, and uses the excuse, "I left them back at the yard, but will head back now and sort it all out... He also said that he could not leave a receipt for the parcels because it was company policy not to do so... Then mysteriously they all went missing a total of just over £350. Apparently lost and unable to be traced. No explaining from at all. After wrangling back and forth for almost 3months was told they had no record of the entire consignment. So I sent a copy of the debit card payment, and that apparently means nothing . If you want advice steer clear of these altogether. When things go wrong, which I except can happen you at least would expect to be treated like a customer not a cash machine.. no refund no compensation either.and what makes it worse, at the time of booking I had paid for insurance incase the parcels did get lost.

I can’t really comment as yet as my parcel has not been delivered. It has been sitting in customs since 18th. Parcelmonkey have been pretty good so far and have responded to my emails.

Parcel arrived at its destination ok, but only after the driver arrived to collect the parcel a day earlier than planned. I’d biked through Parcel Monkey for collection on Tuesday, and had the email to prove it, but the driver arrived on Monday and didn’t believe me.

I booked and paid for several parcels to be collected for my customers and the driver would only take one parcel despite everything being in place.. all labels were on the parcels and yet he said he could only take one. Trying to get it resolved has been almost impossible.

Sent parcel abroad, tried to track as it was with Everi. Girlfriend did not receive parcel on valentines day even though sent with plenty of time. Girlfriend never received bed parcel specially on valentines. After some digging I found the office it was stored. Found parcel was damaged by rats with droppings in them. The parcel company could of contacted me or girlfriend when parcel arrived and girlfriend would pick up. Complained to Evri which was a waste of time never got an answer. Contacted parcel monkey. At least they looked into complaint but I feel they did not read the whole complaint only bits of it. The damage items they said will not compensate as prohibited items and they say did not read my instructions which are so hi ard to read thourghly so yes my fault. But x But my main complaint which they had not yet to come back with is . Poor storage, rats damaging boxes health and safety with rat droppings on n parcel. Communication that parcel arrived and where to pick up Delay of picking up and girlfriend did not get her suprise on the day valentines even though sent it n plenty of time. Rudeness and the pick up point. They will not compensate on any of this. Items I can let go but the rest I cant . DO NOT GO WITH Parcel MONKEY!!! They eat your parcels and dont care

They kept my parcel for 2 months, then returned it claiming the address was incorrect (it was as per the post office, wholly correct in full), it was partilaly damaged. Their support throughout these 2 months was awful, thanking often more than a week to respond.
