Be at the end of phone problems resolved instantly. In a world next day delivery as you offer waiting for a an email after 48hr don't work!

parcel collected on time, but doesnt appear to have been delivered, and Courier have not been available by phone/email for the last 2days.

I find it disgusting that you cannot get in touch with yourselves except for an email system which takes forever to get a reply
