The tracking number says that it "can't be tracked at this time" and the person expecting delivery has emailed me to say it hasn't arrived.

Extremely poor service from Courier-unable to contact them, parcels not not collected, delivery took over a week. Will never use again.

you should dump Courier they are rubbish i have been trying to get a parcel collected for 2 weeks . its impossible to contact them .

Paid for my parcel to be picked up the next day and delivered in 48 hours. Got it in less than 24. Can't say fairer than that.
