Placed order on 22nd Dec couldnt pick up till 5th Jan I know wheather was an issue but still think that this was still to long..

Basically the signature was unreadable you didnt have a print of the persons name, my client didnt receive there item and ebay refunded them

They didnt leave a card to say that they had been even though they say they had,so my customer had to go and pick the parcel up himself not

slow response and most delivers over Christmas took more than 24 hour service , will be persuing the matter of refunds.
