at least 30% of parcels booked through parcel monkey do not get there next day when i pay for next day delivery. when you complain they are not interested

Parcel monkey have been terrific!
We did our third international move in 3 years, and the previous times shipping overseas has taken months (once it took 5 months to get our stuff). This time we decided to send individual boxes by Parcel Monkey as we packed them, and they arrived within a week! So efficient and easy, highly recommended.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. Parcel Monkey charged me for a parcel that was cancelled. They insisted it was collected which was impossible as it didnt exist. Parcel Monkey continually refuses to acknowledge attempts for customers to get in contact with them. I tried for weeks to get them to acknowledge I am owed a refund. The refund never turned up as promised. I have spent almost 2 months fighting this company. I am ignored when I make requests to speak to management AVOID at all costs.

I used this service to set up a parcel pickup and delivery. I paid for the service and no one ever showed up to another courier. When I try and contact parcel monkey I am told to contact the courier directly. When I contact the courier directly I only get returned emails as undeliverable. I cannot get in touch with anyone to get a refund. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! At this point I feel like this site is fraud!

A good way to access premium quality couriers such as DHL at a great price. Parcel collected from my home and delivered within the advertised timescale. DHL gave text message and email updates, including a two-hour window for delivery and collection. Would use again.

If I could give a MINUS five star I would, 2 weeks after collection I find out that my parcel in in the hands of the local PO, this is almost certain that I will never see it again. Will never use (parcel) Monkeys again

Frankly more than useless, their customer service is a joke. Dont deliver a parcel then refuse to deal with person who is waiting for the parcel. Keeps lying about reasons they cant talk to the end customer, citing GDPR inaccurately. Never get a response from the same person, no phone number to contact and all in all one of the worst experiences I have ever had. UPDATE: Get a very quick reply via trust-pilot, whereas have had to wait over 4 working days from the customer services team. The last response received from the customer service team included the comment: "Please be advised that we are unable to take this further with you as you are not the account holder and we can only take this further with them" It should be noted that the account holder confirmed they raised a claim the week before I did. However they have not received anything back from parcel monkey, even though all required documentation related to lose parcel was provided.

I was very disappointed with Courier who decided to add a duty tax of £200 on a £75 value box. Unfortunately will not use Parcel Monkey again as they work with Courier.

Parcel monkey appears to have given my email details to all and sundry. Being spammed up to 50 emails a day, when I click to unsubscribe, parcel monkey is seen just before unsubscribe screen is opened. Avoid or be spammed withing an inch of your sanity.

All fine for booking etc but I dint receive the service I paid for and while I appreciate that things can happen especially during Covid-19, I dont feel the service was as expected from there. We are a small online retailer and needed a fast delivery of a product to our customer. We used PM to facilitate this and paid for a next day service which our customer also paid a premium for to help them. The parcel took several days to arrive and we had to compensate our client for missing their deadline. I think this is the right thing to do so no issue with that. However PM just said something tantamount to tough and it is what it is and offered no compensation to us. So we paid a premium and had to refund our customer making the whole transaction a loss for us. Pretty poor!

Ill be quick. Booked Saturday for Monday collection with Courier with next day service. Courier 9:30am Monday sent email with collection time, never turned up. Contacted PM and was told to wait till 18 and then if no collection, then contact back. Next day, i was given the only option to Cancel, or Re-Schedule for 24hrs later. So the parcel would be 48hr later. Asked for same day service or even a depot drop off as goodwill, No amendments can be made. Cancelled at 8:30am Tuesday - then got an email at 10:30 from Courier with a Tuesday collection time! From my perspective, everything i did was in a timely manner, PM get negative feedback, customer will end up going elsewhere to seek better timed service at the same cost price. Parcels are shipped for weight and volume, Customer pays for time, time lost Courier and Parcel Monkey - customer lost.

Worst company I have ever used. Customer service administration is laughable and embarrassing. Submitted a correct address on 6th June, wasnt issued by PM.co.uk to Courier (the carrier) and currently now on 23rd of June no parcel to my customer. Turns out Parcel Monkey didnt submit the correct address till 13 days later on the 19th June and now have to refund the customer in full. Never using again, and would strongly advise anyone else not to. USE PARCELHERO MOVING FORWARD - GREAT SERVICE. Have full evidence of PM.co.uk incompetence as stated by Courier on dates which administration tasks were completed.

Unbelievably poor service. Paid £92 to be picked up on the Wednesday then told it would be Thursday then Friday then Monday. Customer relations was non existent. Attitude was poor and told that it was nothing to do with them and they would not pay compensation. Seriously considering small claims court as fed up with companies like this that dont care, they deserve to go out of buisness
