Items got to Portugal fast, well packaged so customer a bit disappointed the boxes were rather bashed up.

Parcel delivered quickly but silver tea service was mangled and I had to refund customer. This was triple wrapped in bubble wrapoed, wrapped in cardboard insude a double lined cardboard box

Twice in one week have they attempted to take two payments out of my bank when I am only sending 2 items . I.E. 2 items , 4 payments . This is pathetic

Failed to collect parcel on the date I paid for, was one day late on collection. Very unhappy and told nothing i could do except wait! No compensation or even refund for my parcel.

Works well but could maybe ask questions in a different order as I had to go back and pick another courier after it decided the selected courier couldn’t collect/deliver to the addresses selected - so why not ask about the addresses (rather than just the country) first. I live in Gateshead so it’s not as though I live in the middle of nowhere.
Link to track parcel didn’t work that well for my courier but it was trackable.

I used ParcelMonkey, because it was the cheapest for my three packages to be sent internationally. It was super easy to type in my measurements and all of that, but the most impressive thing was actually the shipping time. For my parcel to get from Maidenhead, UK to Stenlille, Denmark it only took 3 days! I was amazed. It ended up only costing me £70 which I thought was amazingly cheap! 10/10 from me!

Do not use Do not use. Parcel picked up, after re schedule delivery dates 5 times, was confirmed parcel was lost. Amazon Firestick £49.99. I paid the extra to cover loss, damage etc. But the claim can not be processed as no invoice. It was a personal item. So they are basically saying couriers can steel items and get away with it, terrible, terrible. So basically if I buy my son am x box from Facebook market place and send, they steel it or lose it, even though I pay extra money to insure. I have to take the loss. Some business that, avoid. Always try and wriggle out, even though they have lost the parcel. Have taken it up through support chat, but slow replying and now not looking like replying as they are stuck in a corner. There is no excuse, you are liable end of.

I purchased a Parcel for 48 through Parcel Monkey on a Sunday Price was fantastic, First available collection was Wednesday, I could live with that but collection didnt happen. Used chat at 6 pm told to wait until 7pm, Contacted at 7pm and chat operator had some good banter and rearranged collection for Thursday. Collected on Thursday. Attempted to be collected again on Friday! Parcel was delivered Wednesday lunchtime so more like Parcel force 72 hours but as it says Covid 19 is delaying deliveries so will take longer! I wanted my parcel to go by DPD but the driver would not pick it up and sign for it as required by Parcel Monkey and Parcel Monkey refused to sort it so I had to use Parcel Force and that involved me in taking my Parcel to a PO and I am over 70 and trying to isolate.

Parcel Force have not shipped the goods out of UK yet. I gave them to the post office 8 days ago. Thy have been overwhelmed by Covid-19 demand. Your web site still implied they were offering 5-8 days max to deliver to Australia. Currently we have no idea when the parcel will even leave the UK.

Missed one attempted delivery, thought theyd attempt again on the next working day. No card left and no option for re-delivery. Options are disposal, pay to have it returned to my customer in France or a 500 miles round trip to collect in Southampton. All equally unacceptable. Customer service response This has now been returned due to there being too many failed attempts of delivery, therefore, the service for this has been fulfilled. They refused to confirm that one attempt was enough, just kept on repeating that the service had been fulfilled.

Shame there isnt an option for zero stars: I prepared a parcel to go from Portugal to UK and I delivered it to the DPD collection point in Guia, Albufeira on 30 April. Within 30 seconds I had an SMS message confirming receipt and that is the last that anyone knows of it!. I tried to track and trace but kept getting a message to say "Weve received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel". I assumed it was to do with lockdown so left it a couple of weeks but nobody will admit what has happened. DPD say they dont have any evidence of the parcel but Parcel Monkey want me to prove that it was collected. Now that is impossible as I left it in good faith at their collection point so I have not received any evidence of collection by their courier, only the SMS acknowledgement, which I have provided to Parcel Monkey, yet they still seem to do nothing. I have subsequently found another similar company who use couriers that visit and collect from my home rather than me having to take it to a collection point, and the cost for the alternative using UPS instead of DPD would have been just €7 more so I know who I will be using ion the future.

Absolute worst service ever. Paid express next day collection and delivery over a week agaon, and this is the third time i have been left disappointed. Customer service are useless and dont care. Fast enough to take my money with absolute no regards for delivering on the service i paid for.

Used before brilliant site- no trawling around for individual prices - sizes of parcel and weight and up come the prices, don’t have a printer and need a company that provides labels - no problem - it tells you if they’re needed - BEST SITE AROUND IMHO
