THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! STRESS. MORE STRESS AND EVEN MORE STRESS. Daylight robbery, lack of communication, lies and an outright failure to do the job HIRED for. Charging me TWICE, no refund for failing to do original job. DO NOT USE. Youd be better off throwing your parcel AND money on to a fire. HORRENDOUS COMPANY!!!

The worst service I’ve ever got! Stay away from them. At first, my parcel didn’t get collected on time and then when it finally did get collected, they kept it at their depot for ten days. When I contacted them why my parcel didn’t get delivered, they told me they figured it was oversized despite the fact that I entered all the sizes correctly. Now, I don’t even know when I’m going to have the parcel returned to me. Horrible sotuation when it was an urgent situation.

Did not come to collect on collection day. 8 days after collection I tracked the parcel and the courier service stated not receiving the parcel (I had paid for the speedy delivery service of 3-4days)

Excellent booking and collection service, 10 out of 10...
The international delivery side was not so good. We had been sent two parcels, the booking and collection was superb, one parcel sent on the 27th May arrived at the delivery hub Bologna/Imola on the 1st June, excellent, tracking confirmed this. We had a txt saying the parcel was on the vehicle, great, next day delivery we thought, not so, SEVEN days later our parcel arrived.
Parcel number two again arrived in good time, and again a txt arrived saying the parcel was on the vehicle and would be delivered that day, needless to say the parcel never arrived, we phoned the delivery depot to find that the parcel had been marked "unable to be delivered ", the driver had said the delivery point was closed, strange because it was open 7am to 9pm everyday... having had to wait a week for the first parcel, we decided to go the 30kms and collect it in person from the hub... so in all, Parcel Monkey where excellent, DPD UK where excellent, however BRT Italy let the service down and yes I realise that we are in a pandemic at the moment, but it does not require much intelligence to pick up a phone and ask the customer, when the parcel arrived if he could possibly collect it on this occasion.

AVOID! Shocking. Actual customer service is non existent. You cannot communicate with a human at all...if it goes wrong, they just blame the shipping company, so, in essence, they can get away with whatever they want and take your money (especially if its already lost / stuck in transit). I am currently trying to claim my money back for 2 unsuccessful attempts to collect and deliver items...my customers were very unhappy. The courier company (Courier) lied about coming to collect, saying I wasnt in...I waited in all day and my CCTV proves they didnt come (Avoid them like the plague too). When I queried with Parcel Monkey, nothing was done, no apology, no compensation, no solution. Whats the point in using them if they wont help when something goes wrong? I took them to the post office in the end and paid more, so Im over £75 down. Use these at your peril, knowing the risks...if it works, its fine...if it doesnt, you are totally screwed. The mark of a bad (dodgy) company is not having a direct live chat and / or customer service phone number so you can speak to a manager, or be dealt with in present time...they dont have this so they can hide behind emails that take hours to arrive... Go direct instead, try DPD (reliable, friendly, and with GPS tracking and 1hour delivery slots), or Royal Mail. Avoid Parcel Monkey, Courier, Hermes & UPS...look at the google reviews too...it speaks for itself...I will never use this company again.

Poor service on this occasion . Having booked a parcel to be delivered by parcel force to Gibraltar through parcel monkey I was disappointed that lt took 8 days to reach its destination , rather than the 4 days advertised by parcel force . This is the 3rd time using parcel monkey in 3 months ,and they are usually excellent. I’m putting this occasion down to a blip .

Would recommend, love the fact that their preprint your label for collection and you can track your parcel and it looks like they getting better looking after the parce,but wish it was easier to contact them if a problem does arise and maybe send a text to the person the parcels going to not everyone has email,do they no when to expect the parcel

Booked a collection slot for the next day. Received a text to say what time the parcel would be collected, and no one turned up. Stayed in all day then just incase the text was a flook, but still no one arrived to collect my parcel. I went onto the website and had to rebook the collection for the next day (luckily, I didnt have to pay again). The next day came, the driver came to collect and then got funny with me because there was only one parcel, when on his paperwork it said there should be two. I ordered the collection before the cut off point, so dont understand why this happened.

I paid for a parcel which weighed just over 2kg. I had paid for 2.5kg but we just did not have anything more to send my family abroad. I felt at the time it was a bit of a waste, but nonetheless sent it off. I was absolutely astounded today to receive a notification from parcel monkey to say that they had made a deduction from my credit card as the weight was 4kg. The problem is you have absolutely no way to prove your case. You are relying on the integrity of your supplier, and in this case there seems to be serious “MONKEY BUSINESS”

Parcel Monkey great at finding good deals so very happy with the service. However, my international parcel was damaged and then lost but eventually turned up. I believe not the fault of PM but the courier. Will use PM again ????

Awful company. Parcel held for 8 weeks in Italy with no explanation. Fobbed off over email by Parcel Monkeys poor excuse for a Customer Services department who couldnt be bothered to pick up the phone to their carriers. Never send items abroad with these people. Cost a lot of time and still no items in sight.

I will never use parcel monkey again, not only did a 24hour service take 4 days, they charged me £82 in fines to send a simple parcel within my own country just because the weight was off by a few kg. Awful rip off
