Got there easily and quick and easy to set up

I was disappointed that although my parcel had a tracking service, every time I logged on to check the progress of the parcel, it never changed. I don’t even know if the parcel was delivered!!

Turned to Parcel Monkey after DHL lost a parcel for over a week with no tracking information, and I needed to move household goods to Spain. They gave me the option of booking with DPD and every delivery has been fully tracked and delivered within the timescales. A great experience.

Rip off! Charges almost twice as much as going direct to Parcel Force for the EXACT SAME SERVICE! Dont be tricked! The Regulator should be made aware.

Very straightforward site to use with options of a pick up or drop off of parcel. My parcel was being posted overseas and arrived within 2 days, super speedy! I will definitely use this service again.

I use ParcelMonkey alot, the post office wanted £48 to deliver a package from UK to NL, so I got on my phone and booked it with ParcelMonkey for £17, printed the label and dropped my parcel to the same post office 1 hour later. Saved £30 and took 2 minutes to print and attach a label. A+ service from parcel monkey yet again.

Gosh where do I start. What a company. Sent my parcel off on the 13th May via Courier but booked with parcel monkey, the parcel couldn’t be delivered as shop was closed (even thought said open for repairs online). Asked for parcel to be redirected back to me as I didn’t want it getting lost. Well that’s when all the drama started. Courier said I have to contact parcel monkey as they are the senders. Now bare in mind my partner is the registered account holder with parcel monkey, I emailed them from my email address. They did get in contact with Courier. Fast forward 4 days later I hear nothing, so I live chat them (as they have NO TELEPHONE NUMBER) to be told they cannot give details to me as I’m not the account holder, fair enough. So partner talk to them they say Courier haven’t sent parcel back. Talk to Courier only to be told it has been sent, yet being asked what the parcel looks like. Eventually Courier rang to say parcel has definitely been sent to parcel monkey they gave me a redirect number. Ok Good! Umm no. Now 2 weeks have gone by live chatted every other day with parcel monkey to be told to sign into account as they have sent me a message but I couldn’t as I had no password. Explained it was partners account, they told him to sign in but it said he couldn’t get access to the account. Unbeknown to me they had change details of his email to mine. (Yet they denied this) Now we are stuck. Was told if I don’t respond to their email by the 21st of June my parcel would be disposed of. So was live chatting every day to at least 5 different colleagues (or same colleague) who didn’t seem to understand what I was trying to say. Which was I didn’t have a password to sign in with and my partner details wasn’t being acknowledged when we used his email address and password. Their bright idea was to sign in with my email and use his password. WHAT??? Any fool know that ain’t going to work. Then I was being told the account was in my name so use my email address which wasn’t true, because when I looked at the registration details it was my partners details. ANYWAY 4 days shy of 21st of June I spoke at last someone who understood my predicament he gave me a temporary password which got me in with my email address and was able to recover my parcel. So darn stressful and unnecessary. Had to pay another £12.00 to get it back, by then all I wanted was to never deal with these people again. It’s like talking to people in gobbly goop. If you want to keep your heart rate down and end up with less grey hairs DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. Also NEVER use a company that has NO phone number. AND please remember if they lose your parcel and you have to claim, have receipts of the cost of the item when you purchased it, KEEP all the messages between yourself and them SCREEN SHOOT IT. Also know that you will ONLY get £20 compensation. Will definitely NOT recommend using them again. Back to Royal Mail, at least if you register it and it get lost you get £500 compensation back. Shockingly bad customer service. On the whole, the service received is good. However, if you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to file any sort of claim, this is the course of events: 1) An apology. Good. We are off to a great start. 2) A list of evidence you must provide will include a photo of the item in the packaging PRIOR to dispatch; photographic evidence of how the item was packaged PRIOR to dispatch; photographic evidence of damage to the exterior of the packaging prior to being opened; photographic evidence of the damaged item within the packaging; photographic evidence of the damaged item itself. 3) I provided all of the above, along with a message from the buyer who stated "you had packaged it well", and a description of how I very carefully prepare items for packaging. 4) Each back and forth message took nearly one week to answer. 5) My claim was rejected. 6) I wrote to the ParcelMonkey HQ exclaiming my disgust and my claim was accepted and paid swiftly. 7) They still wont refund the cost of shipping. So, be prepared to put in a lot of effort to receive any justice, provide extremely OTT proof and still have to write to the MD. As an FYI, I have sent nearly 200 items via PM and spent £1k+ with them. This is business they have now lost due to this hoop jumping exercise they put me on. Really, really terrible.

I sent off four parcels from Scotland to Germany, everything arrived safely and on time; you were also let known per email how far your parcels where, when they got picked up, etc. I’m really happy with the service and would choose it as my first option whenever I have to send something off abroad.

Parcel arrived at destination as per the service I purchased. I had to drop off the parcel at a local post office and they gave me a receipt as proof. I was able to track the parcel and the parcel arrived at its destination the following day.

They took extra money off my credit card, claiming my parcel was 10Kg. It was a book!! No reply to my complaint. Will not be using them again
