Absolutely amazing service. my parcel was picked up on Friday afternoon and was delivered to my granddaughter in Ontario Canada on Wednesday morning. Cant beat that for service

i have sending a parcel to my family and it have been returning to from monkey parcel,also i have already made a payment to sending it back to me,i have received an email said it with be delivery on 28/01/19 still waiting and yesterday i have request it again and said will send it today 31/01/19 at 11am, have contact DPD to find out where is my parcel, they said they didnt received any order from the sender, could iknow why please, thank you

I have been in touch with this company for more than a week to find info about a parcel which I have sent with them more than 3 weeks ago. No update on their system, no way to get hold of a manager, nothing. The customer assistance team have been useless on giving me any information. They answer was all the time "we will update the info". However no change. I have started an insurance claim for lost parcel. Disgraceful!

Great service, although as most people nowadays don’t have a printer, we had to go to the library! Would be better if we could send via address only, or maybe have the delivery company provide print service

Awful service. Courier didn’t show up, phone help line didn’t work, Tracking code didn’t work, ended up speaking with a chat bot. Untrustworthy company

Super delivery service! Best price for shipping to the USA and provided all paperwork needed.
Only took 4 days to deliver my parcel.

To be fair the Parcel Monkey rating would be 10. The Royal Mail 48 hr service was rubbish. Posted Wednesday Pm. 2 parcels, no 1 turned up Saturday lunchtime, Parcel no 2 turned up Tuesday afternoon. 48 hr ????????????????????

a bad service. I booked a package pick-up and they gave me a date and they made it the next day. The date of the pick-up with the weekend in the middle has been postponed to have changed the delivery on Monday. Day when I had the plane booked to change country. I requested a change of delivery, and I reported on the website, among the options that were possible, that I would have collected the package, I myself in their deposit, have accepted the change of the withdrawal I have communicated via email the opening hours of the storage area. On Monday morning I get an email that the driver was already on my way, with the package, when I was already on the bus from Brighton to Gatwick. I called to ask for an explanation I was asked only sorry. No refunds of money and they delivered the parcel in my old house where I no longer live. A shipping service that I would not recommend to anyone.

OK but initial price quoted went up 20%. There was just a general explanation that is was due to nature of parcel and location of the sender and where it was going. As I entered dimensions and weight from start and it was going from London to Baltimore, neither of which could be considered as remote or difficult to access I found this unsatisfactory. I still used parcel monkey but lost money as I had quoted a buyer in the states based on the first price.

Parcel Monkey gave three options for sending what was a very heavy package to the other end of the UK. The option chosen was perfect - on time collection and delivery at the other end on the dates specified and for a very reasonable price.
