Was a good service, but the lady that came to get the parcel was rude, didnt have any labels that she should have had to put on the parcel, lucky I had already printed my own and when I lifted it on the van for her, she didnt even say thanks!! Other than her great!

8kg parcel from uk to Denmark. £52 with parcel force at the post office, got exact same service through parcel monkey for less than £16. Couldnt believe it.

Parcel Monkey offers a quick, easily understood and well priced service. I am surprised more people dont know of it as the savings over post office or regular over the counter services are well worthwhile.

My package was travelling from Essex to Portugal, Lagos in the Algarve. It left on Monday. DPD was the carrier. Fine and dandy in UK collection, on time etc, tracking over the subsequent days all in order. Dpds subsidiary in Portugal is Chronopost. They appear not to be capeable of finding their bottoms with both hands in the daylight, let alone the dark. I had messages to both my email and portuguese mobile phone the hour window would be 14.49 - 15.49, today, Friday. These were sent circa 08.00. At 16.16 this afternoon, some 27 minutes after the latest schedule I had an email direct from Chronopost saying, in portuguese, we cannot enter your address or somesuch nonsense. Frankly I do not believe they even tried to deliver the package. We are not an urban location, but only a few minutes out of town, a google map search wouldve immediately disclosed the location of the main road of which our cul de sac is a part. They did not even attempt to phone me on the local mobile to clarify exactly where we are situated. I put this down to complete and utter laziness, not a good representation for DPD or Chronopost. I have managed to work my way through their e-mail and rather than risk them losing the wretched packet am going to a large supermarket about 20 mins drive away to collect it, but, of course I now have to wait for them to email me again to advise when it will be delivered to that location. I think Parcel Monkey should shake DPD by the throat in the UK and suggest that their portuguese colleagues put themselves out for once. Not impressed

Waste of time. Dropped off at DPD point 4 weeks later get email saying several attempts were made to deliver but unsuccessful. I had 3 options 1. Let them throw it away free of charge. 2. Travel 250miles to collect. 3. Pay £10 more than the original shipping price to have it delivered back to me. Only use if you really know what your getting into. I advise paying a tiny bit more and going direct to your chosen courier. Will never recommend or use again.

The booking and collection of my parcel was a breeze, absolutely no complaints. The day of the collection the tracking was updated as it should of been, but it stayed on the same status for 3 days .Used the chat feature to try and get some info on the hold up but was told that I would have to call as it was an international shipment.. After speaking with the assistant she told me the parcel was lost and she would call within 24 hours to update me. Its now been over 48 hours since I called and they still havent got back to me and exactly a week since collection ( Suppose to of been delivered in 3-4 days )

Never had any problems.. Most parcels arrive in time and in perfect condition.. The one time a parcel went missing they tracked it down and returned it to me after it had been literally all around the world.. The customer support is very responsive..

Easy-to-use website for comparing prices and for booking collection and delivery of my parcel. Carriage was much cheaper than I had expected. Glad I was told about Parcel Monkey! I have already recommended it to a friend and will recommend it to others.

Paid good money to book a collection on a day I knew I could be home. Waited and waited for my label after booking the collection only to discover there was a problem with my order that they could not explain so had to re submit a new label. Finally got label. Waited all of the following day, nobody collected. No call or text to explain. No number to call them on, all done by email. Received a reply, had to re book. Ask what the reason was for no collection, they said no reason had been logged. Now I have to take time off to be here on a day not convenient and travel a distance to print off a new label for a collection 4 days later than I paid for. I am not even sure if theyll show up and would get no notification if that were the case. No apology or offer of compensation, blunt unhelpful emails, no details. Now I also have one very unhappy customer that I have to compensate because his delivery will be a minimum 6 days instead of 2. Im out of pocket and they dont give two hoots. Ill never use them again, absolute joke of a company. Who doesnt have a contact telephone number?!

Excellent service as always when choosing dpd as option they are really quick & my parcels always arrive within 3 days 99.9% of time in condition they left only ever had 1 poor experience in the 2yrs i’ve used them & ParcelMonkey were quick to help rectify situation

On 3rd December 2018 I places an order for delivery #5677019. the courier failed to collect the parcel on two separate occcasions. If I could I would have given them no stars at all. The first courier arrived with a van too small to fit the pallets on with all the other items he had in the vans then parcel monkey apparently rebooked the collection but after waiting in for a whole day failed to show up. I was charged £330 for this pick up/ delivery of small garden furniture. Parcel Monkey nor the Courier Dx can be contacted by phone, they only use on line chat. When I complained they then told me that because the courier said that they had collected the items they would not refund me even though the items were never picked up. I would advise against using parcel monkey or DX courier.
