Terrible service. Now had two failed collections on two separate orders. Now a rebook with another failed collection. The customer service team don’t care, they give standard responses about how they can’t help etc. I have never experienced cuatomer service as bad as parcel monkey. Avoid

Had to send a parcel to the Netherlands. Parcel Monkey website was really easy to use and offered a range of options which were all really good value. I used one of their pick up locations and was surprised to find that it was right in our village. They use a whole range of shippers so I opted opt to use someone that I knew I could really trust. Really good tracking facilities let me know exactly where the parcel was and when it had been delivered.

They lost my parcel and kept massaging we are looking into it 2monthes later Im told that parcel is lost and cant give me compensation because its food they were dry chestnuts the point is the paŕcel is lost so doesnt matter if its food I asking for the compensation because they have lost my parcel. Will never use them again.

Booked a parcel to go to Ireland with Parcelforce, paid by C/card and am still waiting for collection a week after the event. Why are they still using them? Unfunny joke...………………..

Poor. Sent it to South Wales rather than Preston. Took 5 days rather than 24hrs. Go direct with parcel force you get refund then. With parcel monkey you don’t!!

I use parcel monkey a lot as my daughter lives in Spain so I’m always sending her parcels . I find them extremely easy to use and very prompt with pick ups and delivery I wouldn’t use anyone else .

Used this service to post a rare valuable item. Parcel arrived smashed. I claimed on the insurance that Id taken out and was told no payout as the item was ceramic. They knew this before they accepted the parcel. This was done by parcelforce through parcelmonkey site. They have been no help at all.

Everything was fine as usual with the booking and collection. Delivery not quite so good as it appears parcel was signed for by the courier and left at the wrong address. The intended recipient had to knock on doors in the area asking if anyone had received the parcel. Luckily he found out where it had been left, but the name of the person there, was not the same as the name that apparently signed for it!!!

Collected and delivery in a timely fashion, but the box was damaged to the point that the £150 item inside was also damaged. This was a very well packaged boxed vintage item that I had sold to a customer. He was mortified but had to just let it go. Very poor show if that is someones idea of delivery.
