Recommended.
I have used them 5 times in the last year. Excellent service, they used DPD who were quick, reliable and tracked my parcels to Portugal, collected from home and were much cheaper than going direct to parcel companies.

Standard corrugated cardboard box was torn and 2 items lost. Recipient is currently chasing to see if they can be found. Used ParcelMonkey before and this is the first time I have not been delighted.

We have used Parcel Monkey many times usually with Parcelforce as the Carrier and have been extremely happy, in fact we recommend them to our friends who want to ship from the UK to European destinations. This time our Carrier was Norsk European Ltd and this is the first time we have had a problem. We weighed and measured our parcels (44.80 kg) before making our booking. The parcels arrived with the large plastic box damaged, the corner was smashed off and a wheel missing. Now we have received an extra charge because Norsk European says when weighed, laser scanned for precise measurement and volumetrically calculated the correct billing weight was in fact 54.49kg. 10 kilo is a very big difference and we would dispute that amount. However we have paid Parcel monkey and will continue to use them but will make sure not to use Norsk European again.

Easy peasy!
So quick and easy to organise a parcel pick up, instructions are all very straightforward and it was all sorted in no time.
Easy to check on my parcels progress on their website by creating an account.
I would not hesitate to recommend Parcel Monkey.

Genuinely terrible, first and last time I use Parcel monkey. Sent a parcel tracked, no idea where it went, no tracking information available, no telephone number to contact parcel monkey and useless customer service via chat who don’t bother to answer your queries. Take my advice, it’s worth paying extra to a reputable courier that will deliver your parcel safely. DO NOT USE

Great service, the whole process went sweet as a nut. Picked up a large heavy package on time, and delivered it 300 miles away the next day, all for under a tenner.

Absolutely hopeless service! Payed extra for next day delivery as it was an important part, wasnt even picked up the next day so took a extra day to arrive! First time using parcel monkey and most defiantly my last!

Please avoid using parcel monkey.i paid for next day delivery with DX couriers, firstly it wasnt collected and then when it was rearranged and collected on the 9th December it was then lost and never reached its next destination, now on the 16th January I still have no parcel the item never arrived and it was a value of £258. after a long process back and forwards with parcel monkey,I was sent a claims form for my lost items which I filled in a sent back,from then on they flat out ignored every single message I have sent them and its been a week now. I have messaged them every day about my case and since I returned my claims for I was messaged to say a update will follow shortly and since then I have been ignored. theres no phone number to ring and every time you message them its a different response I have spoken to 10 different people regarding a simple lost parcel. basically all the good reviews this company has are based on the good service the couriers provided, if you look at the reviews which they control which are complaints and costumer service, they have no skill in any of these departments and if anything should happen to your parcel and it doesnt arrive you may aswell forget speaking to parcel money and get straight onto the original courier the service seems convenient but its definitely not if something goes wrong with your delivery you may aswell forget your money and get ready for a long process to try and aquire it or even get a response from parcel monkey. Parcel monkeys response time is hourly however since I had returned my claims form I have been ignored now for 6 days without a single reply. considering you cannot ring or call anyone and its just a online service with a messenger type set up via there account if they chose not to reply to you theres not much I can do except waste more time and effort to complain about parcel money and try and retrieve my money. save yourself the hassel for the sake of five mins and just ring the courier direct.

Dreadful experience. My next day delivery took 21 days to arrive and when it did arrive, it was broken. Still waiting for an apology/acknowledgement regarding this horrendous service. Sometimes when things seem too cheap, theres usually a reason.
