Quick easy and saved us ££££s

Absolute rip off merchants!! Go elsewhere. Additional charges made for an item that was re-boxed by Parcelforce presumably due to damage without my knowledge and supposedly additional charges were made to Parcel Monkey which they say they have to pass on . When I challenged this, they could not even provide any evidence that they had been additionally charged by Parcelforce. Book elsewhere and avoid this company as I and all of my business friends will be doing in the future. They will charge you additionally even if your parcel is damaged and re-packaged by the courier. No doubt there will be some mealy mouthed excuse of a reply to this comment from them, but be aware - I have sold things for 14 years with 100% positive feedback with the people I sell to and used couriers without problems but I will not be using this company again. AVOID THEM!!!!

Ist experience with Parcel Monkey was not good, due to the shockingly bad company D X Freight, seriously do not use as they are appalling!!!
Parcel monkey offered immediate refund so could not fault them.
So I was happy to try again this time Parcel Monkey really excelled, the parcel was collected on time even though countrywide disruption due to the weather and delivered earlier than expected. So a 1st class service.

The tracking was like non existence. Used a 3-5 days delivery service. Seven days after the parcel was collected, the tracking still showing the same messages 9 days ago “Collection is scheduled for Thursday”. Email to Parcelmonkey one whole day without any response. This is the ninth days since it was collected, I still not knowing where the parcel is. Very disappointed.

Excellent service, went online and ordered pickup for the following day and the driver called at lunchtime the following day to collect the goods I was returning. Very reasonable price for a heavy object.

The initial quote given was misleading as this went up quite a bit, however was still cheaper than I could find elsewhere. Would be good to be able to see the prices for add on options (such as extended the cover value) up front.

Never used again!!the make mistake whith my adress whith out information!I contact the driver and I pick up my parcel for my self!and also my 2 boxes he was destroid!

I sent some boxes of clothes through you when I moved from England to Australia last year. Ive just sent them back/ am moving back however have been charged a ridiculous amount in cutoms which I thought was covered in the cost. The TORI form needed to avoid this should be mentioned/ highlighted during the process.

I wish i could give them ZERO stars. Sent a parcel which should have been delivered by now but is apparently being returned to me for no valid reason. Not only is it being returned to me but I am also being made to pay £12 to get it back!! i’ve paid £35+£12 for nothing!! And A £5 ADMIN FEE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!! NEVER EVER GONG TO MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

So easy to send parcels without the hassle of carrying to a post office. I sent large parcel to my sister so easy to get quotes, chose my preference then easy printed off the label - courier came & collected on time & arrived at delivery address on time just perfect highly recommend

Excellent service. Parcel collected Friday in Cambridge UK and was delivered to me in Sydney Australia on the Wednesday! All for a price that was less than half I had been quoted elsewhere. Will definitely be using again.

Shipment ID:PM5668025 and Shipment ID: PM5665352 You have had over 8 Months to sort this out! Blocking Me on live help and e mail is not going to help You in court! I will give You until close of business Friday then if this is not sorted I will be taking You to the small claims courts! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

What rubbish is this?? I know the exact size of the parcel because I send 20-30 of them daily. Your answer is incoherent apart from being incorrect. I sent a parcel that measured 76 mm square and weighed around 70 grams. NO PARCEL OF THESE DIMENSIONS COULD EVER WEIGH OVER 4KG You have made a mistake ADMIT IT and return the money you took without my authority. Dont tell me to open a support ticket - I did that weeks ago and you lot have done nothing. Trust me, this is simple a principal now and if nothing is done I will be going to court over it

Very bad service, would never use or recommend them. Firstly my parcel was late by few days, secondly, the tracking didnt show any record. The worse thing was that the company charged me £12 extra which they took automatically from my account saying that my baggage weight was extra then it was mentioned whilst booking, which I dont agree to and just say it was extra why did they pick it up on the first place why did they not tell us then that the weight was extra. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE.

The delivery didnt turn up same-day as I had requested, and when I queried this I was given a series of stock responses that were wholly unhelpful. I was straight-up ignored when i suggested we should be refunded for this. When I contacted Citysprint it turned out the reason why the parcel had not been collected was because they were supposedly waiting on further details from Parcel Monkey and were due to ask me, but never did. A thoroughly horrible experience and we wont be using you again.

Worst experience of my life. Firstly the tracking information wasn’t available, secondly parcel monkey took it upon themselves to take an additional payment out my card causing my mortgage direct debit to bounce - they explained this was because the package was over the weight I described. I sent them proof from the courier that the package was under the weight I marked down. Parcel monkey gave me the run around, stopped replying for two weeks and then eventually said can you send us a photo of the package - who keeps a photo of a package they are sending?! Then when I disputed this they asked me for the receipt saying it was only 15kg... when I already sent them that! Will never be using this service again and will warn friends and family to steer clear.

Booked up for the express 24 service. 7x packages were picked up friday morning 10:30am. 4x packages were delivered tuesday, 3x packages were delivered wednesday. Thats not 24 hours. Thats 4 and 5 days. Not good enough. normally great service. this time was poor.

Parcel was delivered within 24 hours of dropping off at the post office. It was a 48 hour service. Customer received their goods ahead of the bad weather. Very good service thank you.

What an absolutely unscrupulous company. They have no concept of honesty, customer service or fairness. This is the second time this year that I have used them and it will be the last. The first time there was no one at the house (which is a lie since someone waited in all day) and then they forgot to rebook for the next day. This time they were supposed to collect yesterday, and then again today. I have called the courier to check on collection times and I was told by DPD that due to bad weather last week, there would be no residential collections until the end of this week at the earliest. Apparently they told PM this, but PM would still prefer to take peoples money, make false collection dates and deal with the fall out. They are advertising under false promises and are nothing better than a bunch of cowboys.
