Dreadful service delayed by courier, had I used the courier rather than Parcelmonkey I would been refunded. Parcelmoney refused to refund at all, long delays in anserwering emails. Will not use again.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. NOT A TRUSTFUL COMPANY, NO CONTACT WITH CUSTOMERS, LATE RESPONDING, NO UPDATES, LAST BUT NOT LEAST NOT DELIVERING PARCEL AND NOT HELPING WITHIN SEARCHES. DONT USE IT.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely useless, rip off company. They have a list of excluded items, which includes basically any electrical item, or item containing batteries. I’ve paid over £40 GBP for the benefit of dropping a parcel off at my local DPD shop, and have it returned back to me again via DPD 5 days later. What makes me really cross is that my parcel was originally sent by DPD, by using Parcel Monkey as a third person means an expensive waste of time! Again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

A GOOD COMPANY DISAPPOINTED THAT AN ITEM I SENT TO RUSSIA WAS BROKEN IN TRANSIT.

The most horrible company Ive ever used in my life. Please dont use this company . My boyfriend sent parcel to me and eventually I didnt get it. I complained so many times but they didnt know where it was for one month and it suddenly went back to sender. And he even had to pay for the delivery back. We waited for 2months, and even it wasnt delivered . And He couldnt get refund for the money he paid first time. He lost roughly 80pound. I cant believe how this company is popular. I really recommend you should find other company if you wanna use. Im really furious. This is freaking crazy. And the workers are just useless they dont know anything

Used UK Mail, and got fast efficient pick up and delivery, same price as DPD. (DPD would not collect). Even paying extra for insurance, undercut GPO price. Will use again.

Not good. My parcel wasnt picked up the 1st or 2nd time. And then the job was cancelled with no notification from anyone? I was then told to do a new booking? And I still dont have my original money back.

I used this service twice - and it was horrible both times. The first shipment: a complete lack of communication from CitySprint. I received the notification about the delivery after 10 hours! Since I needed it at the time of the procedure, it was a complete waste of almost £40. Second time I told myself - okay, they made a mistake, maybe it was not them but CitySprint that caused it. I used DX then. But you know what? Even though I ordered the service 2 days before I needed it to be delivered, they did not deliver it and did not send any message with apology. No. I must say - its completely unprofessional and unrealiable.

Avoid; My experience with Parcel Monkey could not be worse. They lost my 30 kg parcel and I have experience this company does not have the power to investigage anything. You cannot contact them by phone and to be fair I think it is even better for them, as they would get pretty bad phone calls due to their unhelpulness. I know where my parcel was brought to in Spain as I talked to the "correos" office . I let parcel Monkey know and they are so useless that they have not the power to phone the office as they sub contract everything. In other words, I know where my parcel is, but it is only this company that can ask for it, and they cannot even ask, so I am left with nothing. I would highly recommed to avoid their sercvide

Wasnt rude! Just too much program / user glitch. I was calling dpd, to get some information for almost 2 days no collecting. From one parcel order, finally has 2 different collection day made by PM, what i need to manage to cancel by calling dpd. Definitely will try one more time to use this site. From first order i dont wanna say its totally useless. I hope next time can give 5 stars.

A delivery was attempted and failed. No card was left was left with the customer to advise him where he could collect his item. He contacted me to find out where his parcel was and was not happy.

Was sending for Mothers day. Said 2/ 3 days delivery when obtaining quote. Upon booking, I was informed it would then take a week. Now a week later and no sign of parcel. Will never use Parcel monkey or DPD couriers again. 80 year old lady failed to receive her mothers day treats and still hasnt got a phone call from the delivery firm, now thats great service eh... No update on dpd tracking site after international dispatch, no information provided of partner service, so no way of tracking further. Total useless experience all round really. I suppose i would have had a better experience if I had spanked my monkey...

Ordered for collection and they give you an 8am -6pm time slot. I waited all day and noone came. I went to customer support at 4pm saying I felt like they werent coming and was assured they would come. 6pm nothing and then I went to customer support again to which I was told, sorry shall we rebook it for tomorrow? What? So I can wait in all day tomorrow as well????? Useless

Having paid for next day delivery, a parcel did not reach the destination next day. After failing to find a contact number for Parcel monkey we contacted the courier directly as the package urgently needed to reach its destination. Parcel monkey responded by saying they could only apologise on behalf of the courier. No responsibility taken and no offer to refund the charge for a service they did not deliver. Avoid if you would like to get the service you pay for, along with reachable staff.

They regularly tell us the parcel weighed more than we say. So we have to pay the difference. This time I weighed it on arrival and it weighed less than what I had stayed originally - almost 1kg under what they said.
