Brilliant service no problems at all. We always use Parcel Monkey for sending Christmas and birthday presents to our widespread family and never had any trouble. We wil continue to use such an excellent service.

Packages collected same day as booking and delivered to small Greek island within 5 days! Boxes a little battered but that says more about the quality of the boxes. Excellent!!

3rd great experience using Parcel Monkey to ship boxes from the UK to Denmark. The whole customer experience is seamless from booking, collection, tracking and delivery. We will definitely be using again and recommending to our friends. A great service for Expats abroad!

We are a business and we are sending lots of parcels abroad and it does not always work out and customers get angry with delays but Parcel monkeys was spot on. It delivered within 5 working days sending the parcel to Sweden. With tracking the customer and I did know every step where the parcel was. I will happily use them again.

I had a bad experience with this company, I sent a parcel with them and they said it was delivered in 3,5 working days but the parcel was delivered in 3 weeks, after they sent me a message saying they charged me for extra postage because my parcel was heavier than expected, but they are lying they just want to charge you extra, they are stealing people for nothing, scam fraud....... Dont trust them

Best if we were informed by courier to actually put a detailed description of items packed as my parcels are now stuck in customs in SA due to no documentation attached but pick up service is brilliant

Parcel force were dreadful!!! 3 days after the booked date they finaly collected ,,, ! Reading depot has no contact number so the other depots had to email them... I leave it at that,,, NOT IMPRESSED

I wanted to send a parcel to Switzerland. Then I had the horrible idea that I regret so much to use ParcelMonkey. I paid and my parcel was picked up by a company called DPD. The day after my parcel was picked up, DPD called and informed me that, before sending my parcel to Switzerland, they needed to receive some documents for the customs and I should contact ParcelMonkey for that. Then I contacted ParcelMonkey. Theyve sent some automatic replies (Yes, they only send automatic replies, like copy and paste) with a form for me to fill. I filled the form and sent it back to ParcelMonkey, and ParcelMonkey informed me that they would forward the documentation to DPD. After that, I havent received any information anymore from ParcelMonkey. They just kept stalling me writing the same messages: "We will contact you soon". For two weeks they have been doing that. Then, my parcel was returned to me. I contacted DPD to find out the reason why it could not be delivered to Switzerland, and they informed me that ParcelMonkey has NOT provided ANY documentation. For three weeks, I was waiting for ParcelMonkey to do something and they didnt. They just lied over and over again. At the end, I lost my money and they dont reply to me anymore when I was for a REFUND. They are simply ignoring my messages. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

2 day delivery it is not. Today is day 7, one of my two parcels was delivered yesterday and the other is hopefully being delivered today. I used DPD Classic 2 day delivery, and dropped my parcels to a local DPD collection point. The online tracking also didnt work.

Parcel lost in transit and even though I purchased insurance at significant extra cost because I didnt have receipts for the goods lost and was therefore unable to provide them within a very short time my claim was refused and even though I tried to explain my impossible situation it fell on deaf ears. So disappointing.

A joke of a company - no care for their customers: I have had several issues with parcel monkey in the past few weeks, at first the company lost my parcel, then retrieved it but were unable to deliver it on time (9 Days late!). Following this Mike a manager at Parcel monkey refused to return my deposit. Let me clarify the facts for you: - on the 2nd of February the package was dropped off at a local DPD shop in Leeds, of which I have emails from Parcel Monkey for the payment of next day delivery. - On the 4th of February the package was picked up from Leeds - already a day late to the recipient. - On the 9th of February the package was delivered: ie: 5 days late from pick up and a total of 6 days later than next day delivery. One star given because unable to give minus stars. I did everthing asked of me including asking the person who picked up my parcel if he agreed with my measurements etc. I have now received the following. Dear Sir/Madam, Following information provided by our courier partner Parcelforce we have made an additional charge of £52.60 inc vat to the credit/debit card you most recently used for purchasing shipping from Parcel Monkey. The information provided when the order was created declared a nominal weight of 6.00kg made up of 1 box: 2.40x10x15cm @ 6kg When weighed, laser scanned for precise measurement and volumetrically calculated by the carrier they have informed us that the correct billing weight or size exceeds their limitations for this service. As we are charged by our courier partners for your item exceeding this pre determined figure we have no alternative but to take this additional payment which was specified and agreed to at the time of booking. Me as a first time customer with parcel monkey i have had the worst experience ever I thought itd be better to use this sevice as probably my parcel would be delivered safe and sound but its been nearly 2 and a half months I have chased for an update on my parcel instead they keep on taking me round in circles and they dont accept for the fact that they have lost it and now when I have asked for my refund they would not want to do that either . Its been 2 and a half months and Im now frustrated and very disappointed.

Absolutely unbeatable... why bother with other carriers when the chosen carrier (Parcel

Sent parcel to France. Collection and movement in UK was good but it got sent to wrong depot in France and took a week to arrive at correct destination.

I have used this company a few times now and have never had any problems. They offer competitive prices and its the only way I am able to get my parcels from the UK to Asia as all other methods I have tried are hit and miss.
Customer services have also been really helpful with my last parcel when asking about tracking. Very polite and efficient.
My only suggestion is that tracking number for third party couriers (as in my case) are provided automatically when they become available so I dont have to bother them to ask for it. Overall very happy and will continue to use them.

DONT TRUST THESE MONKEYS!!! N0,N0,N0,N0,N0,N0,N0,NOOOOOO! I trusted these monkeys to get my package to Dublin. Made it all the way to UK. Nope. Its just lost. No more tracking info, no explanation, just vanished. No real help from anyone, but monkeys rarely take responsibility so...Oh ya, I got my money back but of course the insurance company they use doesnt cover personal items sent. So risky. Just dont do it. I forbid you to use this company : | Dont. Dont. Dont. Dont. Dont.

Very cheap and efficient compared to Royalmail and other parcel companies like dhl and ups. I continue to use from now henceforth. Items were delivered on time with no issues.
