Took time at post office I wasn’t expecting despite all the paperwork being correct. Very slow service given how much I paid - goods have still yet to arrive!

easy website to get around and sort out price etc. Entered detail of parcel, £ quoted. Set collect date and delivery date , paid and all went as projected.
Will certainly use them again.

I had been pleased with service until I realised payment had been taken three times, which was very concerning but I thought may simply be a genuine glitch in their system but it prompted me to check reviews. Almost immediately I saw a review complaining about an identical triple payment. So it begs the question...is this deliberate fraudulent activity or just a very poor payment system ? and how extensive are these overpayments.?

They have no phone number to call them and the online agents only quote the website to you. Despite claiming they can ship large items, they insist on a cardboard box, which isnt the most appropriate shipping packaging for larger or heavier parcels. I tried to cancel my order but the courier came anyway. The courier company then said they would prefer the way we had packaged it and didnt want a cardboard box as it was inappropriate packaging. Ill just go straight to the couriers they hire in the future and save myself the hassle.

Daughter lives in Australia and been posting with Royal MAIL for 9 years.Came to Parcel Monkey and found you very efficient.Cost wise excellent.Delivery time very quick.Pick up at my home and gets to Australia in less than a week.Great service would recommend to anyone.Another parcel to Oz next week.

I used Parcel Monkey to arrange the collection of a parcel in South Africa and to deliver it to me in London: a fairly straightforward process. It was booked for this past Monday, five days ago. I have had no communication at all, and when I contacted the person in South Africa, my documents have not been collected.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SHAM. They advertise, and charge extra for, next day delivery but then in their small print they state that next day actually means within 5 days. My parcel was collected from Doncaster as arranged for delivery to Leicester. It was moved to Sheffield which is generally in the right direction but then transferred to Carlisle where it sat for 3 days before finally being delivered on the 5th day. Got no satisfaction whatsoever from the company. Then to top it all. they took payment from my bank account 3 times but did not have the ability to check this and asked me to provide proof. Having done this it has still not been refunded after over a week. I wouldnt touch this company again with a barge pole.

Can you please open a support ticket with the subject FAO Manager so we can get the payments refunded. As you may well remember, Carlisle experienced severe snowfall in early March that caused disruption across the courier network. Please accept our apologies for the delay but I trust you understand either we or the couriers themselves couldnt do anything about this.

I chose the deal where I dont need a printer but after I paid I was sent an email with a warning that if I dont print, driver might refuse to collect, so I had to go and find myself a printer and do it which is very inconvenient. A day late with pick up and 3 days late with delivery, for no obvious reason. Extremely hard to get in touch with customer service and when I did, they didnt solve my problem. I was overcharged. Courier used was DPD.

Fantastic Service
Having Shopped around I decided on Parcel Monkey, mainly because I had heard of them in the past. They gave me a very competitive quote to deliver a guitar in a hard case. Naturally, I was concerned, given the fragility of the package. My friend took the parcel to his local post office in the UK and stuck on the printed out labels.
From collection on Thursday afternoon, the guitar turned up in perfect condition on the following Tuesday morning. What a service!

Terrible customer service, delivered 2 parcels at the wrong address via Parcelforce. neither parcel force nor parcel monkey will take accountability. I have been chasing them for 3 days to arrange for the parcels to be swapped, but they wont until I can prove it was their error. I have had the recipients send phots of the parcels with address etc. on and this still is not good enough. I have even offered to pay for them to be swapped until the matter can be resolved, but this is not possible either for some reason. I have spoken to over 6 different people in 3 days all wanting the same information over and over without reviewing my case properly. I should have know not to use them again after the first time when they damaged a parcel and even though I paid for the insurance they wouldnt pay out, told me my delivery charge would be refunded and surprise surprise this still hasnt happened either. What do I need to do to get an answer from these people or get in touch with them, they are refusing to give me a phone number and completely avoiding the question when asked. Stay far far away. Regards A very angry and disappointed customer.

I paid for a parcel to be delivered in 2-3 days but now 7 days later it still hasnt been delivered. I have contacted DPD about this but had no reply. Not impressed at all!
