A collection was booked with DPD. The parcel was not collected, when the DPD courier happened to deliver another parcel to the collection address- she advised that she had no knowledge of the collection and that PM needed to rebook the collection. I have had this before where i have rescheduled collections 5 days in a row. Furthermore, the responses you get from the PM customer services are standard replies, apologising for the inconvenience but not actuallly addressing the issue of non-collection other than re-booking even when it is apparent that rebooking alone is insufficient, as there were repeated failures to collect.

I love that I can get a number of quotes via parcel monkey. And 7/10 the pick up times are within the given time, however, only 9/10 is the package delivered and signed for. Last week, my supposed signed for parcel, was actually left in the recipitants garden, with no note through the door, so it was days before it was discovered.

Courier service received does not deserve any stars!!! The courier staff did not follow instructions to call the mobile number provided on arrival. They rang the door bell a few times and tried to leave less than a couple of minutes until my mother spotted them from her window; she had to bang the window loudly to catch their attention... they showed their disappointment when they realised that there was someone there to give them the boxes... what sort of attitude is this?! Both men did not come with any trolleys despite that I have provided the dimensions of all boxes with their weight during my booking... They then attempted to stack the 3 boxes and tried to lift the bottom box from the base; ignoring the fact that their were fragile stickers stuck all over the 3 boxes.... After some time they managed to realize that their feeble attempt was not feasible. Then told my mother to help pick up one of the boxes ... weighing more than 13kg and follow them both to the van with the men carry a box each. Ridiculous! Why on earth did I pay for such service if theyre asking my mother to physically carry a box to the van?! And why did they both not use their common sense to have one of them go and fetch a trolley to make the job easier! No preventative to even try and not damage the boxes and the contents within the boxes. Carelessness and no logic!

Apauling service. Website changes label (e.g. changing - to to) and this causes problems and still not fixed after years. Live chat is rubbish and there is no phone number. Stay well clear and just pay a little bit more for UPS.

Not bad website easy to book and the only gripe was the surcharge for additional weight, I declared the correct weight at 5kg but they weigh on a volumetric basis and charged me for 15kg so might as well have filled the big box up!

As a ecommerce company we have used ParcelMonkey a few times to send international orders via Parcelforce. On the last order we sent a package to Ireland. A few days later the customer told us we they hadnt received. We tracked the item and it turned out the order was sent to some unknown person in Slovenia. We spoke to the driver who collected it and he said they must of miss labelled the parcel at the depot as Parcel Monkey doesnt allow you to pre-print native ParcelForce labels. Big Mistake. Turns out the person from Slovenia emailed us to say she has got the item and we could collect. I have passed this to Parcel Monkey and still no response from them. We have lost a £60 product and 2 x delivery costs for Ireland and still no refund or compensation. We will not use this company again. We still need our money back!!!!! Delivery sent in Oct and it is now March!!!

I have had very poor service from Parcel Monkey. I waited four days for a parcel to be collected with no communication from them as to updates or reasons why the collection had not taken place. The Online chat team were very unhelpful and just ignored my questions as to what had caused the delays. There seemed to be poor communication between them and the courier company they subcontracted to, both blaming the other for the problem. I will definitely NOT be using Parcel Monkey again.

The cost you see advertised does not include VAT, which comes up later in the booking process. I would like to see it upfront.

The lowest price quoted on Parcel Monkey for a parcel of the weight entered turned out to be significantly lower than the price actually available once dimensions and postcode were added. (The quote was for £7.50 + VAT - actual lowest price was c£10+VAT). The subsequent transaction went very well - but I felt mislead by the quotations. 1st time I have used Parcel Monkey - I will think carefully before using again.
