After years of good business with them, I will no longer use Parcel Monkey. A sender made a very minor error in parcel dimensions, and Parcel Monkey ended up charging me an additional £52 on a £15 delivery charge.

Rubbish! Estimated delivery given as Tuesday 20 March 6am - 10pm. No delivery, no attempts made. Wednesday- no attempts made. Thursday tracking updated to say failed delivery on Monday 19 March?? Customer service long winded and not very helpful. There’s a reason they’re cheap!

Cant give honest review but could describe my own unique experience with parcel monkey. Been shipping my guitar overseas First step was to place an order online after that when my payment been checked got shipping label to my email. Printed that one packed my guitar into box glued label on top and took it to my nearest post office because choosed drop off option. In the post office my label been scaned for a first time and I left my parcel. Guitar traveled from Edinburgh to Lithuania from Thursday until Monday morning. Hovewer when my package been delivered no one checked any ID or asked for signature. Second thing if I checking online tracking its still says that my parcel is in Heathrow airport ready for shipping which is strange. Seems that they lost my parcel but its still been delivered to me

Parcel Monkey is fab. I arrange the collection from the UK to come to me in Italy. It works like a dream and the couriers are always on time with parcels intact! I am a happy customer!

I used Parcel Monkey to send some documents to The Gambia. For £32.00 the package of 30 A4 sized documents was picked up by the Royal Mail to deliver to the courier. This was Friday morning. On Wednesday afternoon the receiver was informed the package was in the country ready to be collected and it was delivered by DHL!?!.On their website DHL charge twice that amount. I would recommend Parcel Monkey toanyone.

Bought a DPD parcel with collection. Collection didnt happen on the day specified. Only after contacting parcelmonkey several times, they contacted DPD. The collection was only submitted to DPD on the day after the specified day in the afternoon. The DPD person who collected the parcel said that it had only been scheduled a few minutes ago before the collection. My guess is that the transmission of the collection didnt work.

Parcelmonkey always worked out very well me especially in sending parcels abroad.
There could be more courier services like ipost and ups and sometimes it could be a bit cheaper..
Also I would like to see a good eBay integration.
There ve been some difficulties with claiming compensation when my work used Parcelmonkey.
So far I can recommend them.

Far cheaper than going directly to the Royal Mail parcel force. I haved nearly 50% on the price of parcels to family in the USA. Parcel monkey are great value and okay e recommended them to family and friends.

This company has no phone number - tells you everything you need to know. If there is a problem they leave you on hold on live chat and keep passing the buck from one "agent" to another and you get no further forward until you give up. Their system is designed that way. They dont handle parcels at all and do not care when you make a complaint. They just say that the courier company are to blame. Book directly with the courier company and save yourself a lot of hassle!!

If there was no stars id have chosen that, i have sent 2 parcels in the last 2 weeks and paid for air express which is far more expensive than normal yet both my parcels have not been delivered to recipient yet. The last parcel that i booked waa dor collection from my place and apparently it was delivered to south africa the next day just to realise it wasnt the parcel i had sent it was someone elses parcel with my details and tracking num stuck to the box. This stressed me out so much cos i had alot of stuff in my box and as a single parent i could not afford to replace it all. I couldnt call parcel monkey cos they dont have a direct line so i used webchat, which was useless. Its been a few days they sid not even get back. I paid 90 pounds for a 6 kg parcel. I hope your service gets better

This is a simple way to input parcel information and see best price straightaway. Once booked and paid for an item can just get picked up often on same day. So a fun site which makes you smile with the name, that works well.
I will use again.

ILLEGAL IMMORAL AND UTTERLY AWFUL. DO NOT USE Parcel Monkey refused to submit a claim for a missing parcel, (which is still showing "in transit" on the DPD website 9 months later), because I raised the claim more than 10 days after expected delivery date (I raised it about 20 days later because I was abroad and parcels to Australia can take some time, irrespective of the published delivery dates). However Parcel Monkeys T&C which state that claims must be made within 10 days of delivery date are unenforecable. They are in breach Section 57 of The Consumer Rights Act 2015 - Liability that cannot be excluded or restricted” subsection 4: make such a right or remedy or its enforcement subject to a restrictive or onerous condition". However Parcel Monkey is refusing to acknowledge my statutory rights and continue to insist that their T&C prevail. BEWARE: there is also another hidden condition under an unrelated clause (Cancel Services) which states that "under no circumstances" can I contact the carrier directly. Given Parcel Monkey points me directly to the Carrier website to track my package, this is again totally unenforceable. They are fraudulent scammers who are providing zero service, while believing they can hide behind unenforceable T&C.
