Parcel is still in the shop one week after i dropped it off. I AM SO ANGRY!!!!!!!!! It is Easter gifts for my Grandson I posted in plenty of time to make sure it got to sweden for Easter.

So you have an important item to send, perhaps valuable, no matter you expect to be able to book the courier, pay for it and be able to track it, right? Ok so this is how Parcel Monkey roll - book it, no problem, pay for it, no problem - collect the parcel, should be no problem but no they have to call you despite you knowing they will collect between 8am and 6pm on the day stated just to confirm when is good for you, but you only find that out when they call ! So 2 days wasted because they were trying to call me from a umber google didnt recognise ! And now 5 days after collection, can I track it? Nope no where, where is my parcel? Oh customer service - its one of those multi customer service desks so they take calls from a ton of other companies so dont expect a 100% focus on your issue.

Parcel picked up in UK very good - followed it on tracker - It told me it was now in Gibraltar and would be delivered - Told me it was delivered - only it was NOT delivered to me !!! It had gone back to the UK. I phoned up to see where my parcel was as it was not delivered here in Gib - The helpful lady told me it was delivered back to sender and could not tell me why and there would be a reason for the return printed on the parcel. I phoned the sender but no note came with it. He phone the UK office and they said they would phone him back. Then the delivery man returned and took the parcel away again and he had no idea why it was returned.

Extremely Poor service as they have lost my parcel and everyday they are keep saying it will deliver today but never delivered till now. They have also awful customer service because there is no support number and all you can do is online chat where you have to wait for hours. Please stay away from this and similar companies and pay even little bit more because its worth at.

Dreadful Quick enough to take my money !!! dreadful after that, no collection, then we are too busy to collect, then after numerous calls yes you guessed it NO COLLECTION which is what i paid for? 3 continuous days Think they should be rebranded Parcel Cheetah One person complains the other 9 just dont use you again

This company charge extra for items supposedly larger than the size stated when booking with them - it is hidden deep in their terms and conditions. When this is the case (for whatever reason - even if the main courier company have re-packaged due to damaging the original packaging) and a surcharge is made, the consumer is entirely within their rights to be given proof that the company making the surcharge has actually been charged more for the service. Parcel Monkey say that they cannot provide evidence that they have been overcharged as it is "not their policy". They have no proof and yet STILL take additional charges - nothing more than theft - justified, they say, by their terms and conditions which they seem to make up as they go along for their own benefit. AVOID THIS COMPANY - BOOK DIRECTLY WITH COURIERS!!!

Price for parcel was okay, no better than Hermes and once the payment had gone through i got an email saying my parcel would be picked up today, a time of day would have been pretty useful! As i was going out and of course they came round when no-one was in. So had to wait till Monday due to having no transport at the weekend, to drive to tonbridge depot and drop off the parcel, when we could have just done that Friday instead of hoping the delivery men would show up whilst we were at home, no idea why the company wouldnt give you a tough idea when the parcel would be getting picked up.

I was asked to drop off the parcel at a post office but they couldnt scan it as the machine said it had already been scanned. This lead to a lot of confusion and phone calls.

3-4 day option was chosen. Parcel collected in London at 12h30 on Tuesday arrived in Durban at 10h30 on Friday. Tracking informayion en route was great. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Will most definitely use you again.

I was pleased with service until I was charged extra a week after delivery! Parcel was measured and did not weigh 20kg as stated by your office. Local post office agreed it weighed what I had stated. Unhappy. Lesley Wilson

This is the first time I have ever posted a review....Via Parcel Monkeys website, I bought a DPD home collection parcel service on December 15th 2017, to send Xmas presents to my daughter in Brazil. 2 days and many phone calls later, the parcel was still sitting on my kitchen table. On Day 3. and a few more calls later, I drove 25 miles to the DPD depot in Dunstable and handed it over in person. (not quite the service I had paid for). To be fair, the parcel arrived promptly in Brazil. My Debit Card was then charged an extra charge without my consent. Parcel Monkey said that their partner DPD had informed them that I had underweighed the parcel. I rang DPD. They said that this was not true. The parcel was never delivered to my daughter and eventually, 3 months later, and about 25 telephone calls later, arrived back where it had started its journey more than 3 months ago. By the way, I had to pay another £19.00 to get it back, or they were going to destroy it. You have probably guessed already that I am not a Big Fan of Parcel Monkey......but I still have a few more words to say: The name Parcel Monkey is a complete insult to an intelligent and sensitive species of primate. I think that it would be more suitable if this useless company was rebranded Parcel Amoeba....and thats being extremely complimentary. I have a feeling that we wont be doing further business.

Arranged pick up of a large heavy parcel through Parcel Monkey, the carrier was Parcel Force I waited in for 3 days, 8am - 6pm and eventually after the 3rd time missed pick up I cancelled the order. This has been a HUGE inconvenience for me and still I am stuck with this parcel. Parcel Force are obviously utterly complicit. Just abysmal service. Trust Pilot should initiate a negative rating for such gross incompetence.
