Simple to book, good price, delivered on time, it was a collection and delivery, only confusing thing was website said no need to print labels as courier (parcel force) would supply, then email from Parcel Monkey had a label to print, which as it was a remote collection for delivery to me, could have been a problem, although i still have no idea if that label was needed

Latest pick-up not collected as I did not recdeive notification of the couriers approximate time of arrival on the intended day of collection (PARCEL MONKEY REFERENCE: PM_5012248_6141172) I telephoned the courier (Parcel Force) within 20 minutes of their apparent visit to my home and I was told I would need to pay again if I wanted the parcel collected. This is unacceptable. I just wasted £35.99, not to mention the cost of the item that would have been refunded if the item were collected. I will not be using PARCEL MONKEY or any of your associated couriers ever again.

Price for a basic parcel was pretty much the same as other sites but I wanted extra insurance due to the higher value of the goods which were being sent. The extra insurance was so much cheaper on here which helped to keep my costs down

I have used parcel monkey several times. Their rates are very keen and I have always found them reliable. Its easy to track you parcel and if there is a problem staff are easy to reach.
