Very easy to organise an international parcel,
Prints off all you need from your phone, very straightforward. Easy tracking,updated through the journey. Just hope the Indonesian part of the delivery works!!

Do not recommend it is very nerve racking sending anything via Parcel Monkey as their online account wasnt working and delivery arrived 5 days late. Story in full below. After ordering Parcelforce Express 48 Large through Parcel Monkey I was asked to set up an account online. I did this straight away then the following day to see what updates I would get from Parcel Monkey I tried to log in to my account. The details I had used to set this up didnt work so I went through the standard steps of saying I had forgot my password expecting to get a link or information sent via email but it never came (it has been nearly 2 weeks since then). This didnt seem like a huge problem as I had the tracking link for Parcelforce. My parcel was collected on 10th August and as you would expect given the name, it should have been delivered by 12th August. It didnt arrive on 12th and was still at the depot according to the tracking link. I checked again on 13th August with the tracking link and it had moved back a stage where it was now apparently on route to the depot. I tried to access my Parcel Monkey account again to find out what was happening but couldnt as my details wouldnt work. I then set up a new account using my other email address and used their live chat functionality to talk to someone as they dont have an email address or phone number. Someone did get back to me but said they were waiting for Parcelforce to update them. I then called Parcelforce and they were more helpful than Parcel Monkey. My parcel did arrive on 16th August, 5 days late.

Absolutely useless company, they have zero customer service. Avoid them as they are very unreliable, they dont tell you why an item you scheduled failed to be picked up. Why even waste your time and money. IF you just want to compare prices, do that on their site then go directly to that courier. DO NOT USE THEM unless you dont care if items are picked up on time or not.

Booked a collection and shipment by DX Delivery via Parcel Monkey for almost £100. No time frame for collection provided and nobody showed up to collect my item. I tried calling DX and Parcel Monkey to find out what was going on, but you cant call PM and DX make it very hard to find a contact number that works. I called DX more than 10 times on different numbers, got through a few times and nobody could help. Had to start complaining on Twitter to try and get an answer. Its now been confirmed to me that DX wont be collecting my parcel and Im now trying to get a refund. Avoid this service!

This site was recommended to me and now I know it exists I will be using it again. I had previously got a quote from an individual parcel delivery company, but the quote on here from the same company was less. Excellent offering.

Fairly straight forward this time but customs form seems to have changed . Form was asking for Bexit codes for each item ( applicable to European countries)
Seemed to have caused confusion South African customs thought codes were for commercial invoice not personal use!

Never had a problem with Parcel monkey that’s why I continue to use them to deliver my expensive goods, unlike Hermes who left parcels uncollected for days on end. The website is simple to use & I can pay using PayPal, so it’s win, win all the way for me ????

Parcel delivered. Unfortunately booked as a "Next Working Day", but delivered on day 4. If I knew this, Id obviously book a cheaper service, Parcelmonkeys terms and conditions state "delays up to 5 working days"... Its quite frustrating as its not the first time it happened.

I attempted to use 2 other comparison shopping websites to find a shipping company but with both of these well known comparison shopping sites I run into red tape and was not able to move forward.
With parcelmonkey it was very simple and in no time at all my shipment was processed at a competitive price through a well known shipping company. I’ll always use parcel monkey.

First time Id used parcel monkey so went in with a bit of trepidation as it was a large and valuable parcel I was sending.
But the process was easy. I was able to add extra insurance for just £1.29, I printed off the label, dropped the parcel at my local shop pick up point and that was it!
I decided to check on the tracking 2 days later but before I got chance the recipient phoned to say hed received it already!
Im now very confident to happily use the service again

Ive used Parcel Monkey for many years and up to the last few months, the majority of parcels have arrived on time as Ive paid for. However, the issue comes when the service you paid for does not go as it should. This is when Parcel Monkey loves to hide behind its Ts and Cs. I hear some of you saying but youve agreed to their Ts and Cs so its your fault but their Ts and Cs are so broad that it gives them a lot of scope as a company to wiggle out of compensating you, the customer when the service is not as paid for. I have had a recent spell of paying for Parcelforce 24 express services but the actual parcel not arriving, in some cases not until 4 days after they were picked up. I appreciate that couriers are under strain at the moment but when you have paid for a guaranteed service, not only is that expensive but its also not great as a business. If you complain to Parcel Monkey they just state that they cannot help it and provide no compensation, they are just the middle men. So if you dont much care whether your parcel arrives in the time youve paid for and youre out of pocket, then go with Parcel Monkey and hedge your bets, if you dont fall into that category, then I would recommend you go direct to Parcelforce or the Post office, so you at least have the option to claim compensation.
