Very disappointed. I used this service a few times without a problem, but on my last order the carrier failed to collect the package from my office, I emailed Parcel Monkey customer services (a very clunky messaging page on their website) and they booked the collection in again for two days later and AGAIN no collection. No solution was offered. No apology, customer services basically did nothing. Its clear that this business is not about customer retention.

Dreadful service. Booked a shipment and waited all day for collection. I contacted them at 15:00 advising I was concerned as this had strict SLAs to meet. All they could advise was to contact at 18:00. They made no effort to contact the courier and brushed me under the carpet, re-arranging the parcel for the next day. They are not a professional company, I would urge anyone to stick direct with the courier rather than use these cowboys.

I had a horrible experience with them, after investing a lot of money, I closed my account with them since I was unable to make withdrawals but they still had a way of collecting money from my bank account. If it werent for the help of W ww,,,, Fra ud re cove ry age nts,,,,Or g I would be counting my losses now.

Parcelmonkey did very well. Got me a very good deal with Parcel Force. Paid for next day delivery but wasn’t delivered for three days.

I placed an order that cost me 240 pounds, and within two hours I had a change of mind and requested my order to be cancelled and reimbursed. I got a response from a representative thirty minutes later confirming that my order was canceled and that it would be transferred to the finance department for a refund. I was also told in this message that if I gave away my package to a carrier at any point, then I wouldnt be eligible for a refund. I wish I had recognized this as an indication of what would later happen... I waited four days until I got an update from a new representative claiming that their tracking information showed my package had been collected, and that they couldnt give me a refund. There were multiple issues with this claim, all of which I explained to the rep: the package was still in my possession, the entire order was already canceled (by Parcel Monkeys own admission), and the original pickup date I had arranged was still a whole day away. After sending these details to the representative and asking him to double check his tracking info, I did not receive a response. So I then went back to the only option that Parcel Monkey provides in terms of customer service, which is their online chat/support thread system. I re-stated all my concerns and asked for more clarity. This thread was immediately shut down, and I was forced to wait for the original finance department representative to get back to me. It took him three days, and all he did was ignore the facts I had sent and repeat his first message almost word-for-word. So Ive just hit a brick wall in terms of customer service - the last position any patron would want to be in. Essentially Parcel Monkeys team is lying. There could not be any valid tracking information out there with my package associated with it because I still have the box myself! Also, why would a carrier pick up a package if an order was confirmed to be cancelled? And why would any carrier come a day earlier than was arranged to pickup a package? These are all plain contradictions that any honest person can see. The only conclusion I can make is that Parcel Monkey doesnt have any hesitation charging their customers hundreds of pounds, not providing service, and then simply lying just to keep the money. Its obvious to me that they planned to refuse a refund as soon as I had asked for it, evident by their warning that I shouldnt send out my package (why would I?). Then they hoped to dissuade me from pursuing my case further by waiting days to respond, sending very short and repetitive messages, not having alternative contact methods, and blatantly gaslighting. Since they dont have any way to contact them other than their support threads, there is nothing else I can do as a customer except leave a review of their company to warn others about being scammed like this as well. If you are considering using Parcel Monkey I would be extremely cautious about sending out any money. They can very easily and very willingly not provide a service and then lie to keep everything youve spent. Thats the definition of a scam!

Great service. The 24 HR parcel force delivery took longer than 24 hrs but it was only a day or so later. Far cheaper. Recommended

The booking of the parcel was straightforward, which was positive. BUT the parcel hasnt been delivered and the recipient is now required to collect from the local Post Office. When contacting support I was told this is normal with international deliveries in certain areas. If this is the case why wasnt this shown when I entered the address on the booking. Overall I am left feeling like I have paid for a service that hasnt been supplied, and that the service was, therefore, miss-sold to me.
