This is my first review ever, but I think it is worth writing. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have had with a company. Their customer service is incredibly unhelpful and provided generic unhelpful instructions. I was asked to reissue an export invoice numerous times with varying instructions and was handled by different members of the customer service teams on every occasion (why not just have one person to handle the case until it is closed?). I asked for a refund and wanted to cancel my order to which I was provided incorrect reasons for refusing to do so (the reasons were not outlined in their terms, which implied that I could cancel my order for a minimal charge). Unpleasant experience for someone in the process of moving to another country.

One of the worst things to use to send your couriers. I booked my courier to be sent by them to another country. My parcel no was PM9801267. They gave me a price initially and then 3 days afterwards increased the price by 16 pounds saying that the courier was overweight. I accepted that. And when my courier reached the delievery address, the delivery courier was charging additional 60 pounds to get it delivered which was not mentioned in terms and conditions and refused to deliever until the delivery address paid £60 and took the courier away and said that to let him know when you want it delivered and he will come back but we will have to pay additional charges. Now the parcel is with the delivery courier who is refusing to give until the receiver address pays the charge. I tried to contact parcel monkey in emergency to sort it out but live chat was unavailable. I would have given negative rating to them if it was possible.

I sent a 20kg box from the UK to Spain. It was mainly personal items and arrived within 5 days all present and correct. Thanks to Brexit sending stuff from the UK to Spain is now a lot more complicated. You need customs numbers for each and every item in the box. Filling in the required paperwork took ages (lots of swearing at the computer) and I was worried I had made a mistake. When the parcel arrived I also had to pay an additional delivery charge to Correos (I realise this is possibly not parcel monkeys fault but it was something I wasnt expecting and should be clearly stated on the website). Senders beware - sending a box of old books and Nik naks is now a lot trickier.

My parcel was returned to the sender without any warning. There was no tracking information on Parcel Monkey at any point, even at the stage when the parcel was redelivered to the sender. Had I not checked with the actual couriers on progress I wouldnt have known that the parcel was being sent back. I wasnt given any option as to redelivery and only option provided was a one hour slot, which I only found out about by pure chance 2 hours beforehand. I had to make arrangements for someone to be in to receive the parcel as I wasnt given the option to leave it in a safe place. The lack of information was dreadful.

On 11/08/21 I arranged & paid for a parcel to be collected on13/08/21 and returned to Amazon, unfortunately I then had to cancel this as Amazon then arranged collection themselves. I was advised by IM that a refund would be credited to my account within 3-5 days. Despite numerous messages & assurances that the refund would be credited to my bank I have still not received my money back. This service is atrocious & would definitely not recommend them. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews. I gave them 1 star as there is not an option for no stars which is what I would have chosen. Very annoyed with this company, worse I have ever had to deal with.

Only heard about parcel monkey after I went to the Post office to post a care package to a friend in America. I nearly fainted after hearing how much it would cost, but the lovely lady behind the till told me about PM and it saved me at least £50.

dont use ,you pay extra for insurance and then when they damage your goods they say its your fault and you cant claim.insufficant packaging but its good enough for the manufactors to use and get it delivered undamaged,total rip off merchants

I sent parcel to Pakistan and paid from here but when parcel reached Pakistan. My elderly uncle was asked to pay 5210 rupees which he didnt have. They should be transparent about charges. Theyre a rip off. Ill not use them again.

I chose ParcelForce from the optional delivery companies both on price and included insurance.
Not disappointed, delivery was on time and trackable, recipient pleased with service, as I am so will use and recommend again.

So fast! I used Royal Mail to send a parcel to Colombia in the past, it took months! Parcel Monkey took about a week. Super Impressed, will definitely be using again!

For me it’s the best, easiest and cheapest way to choose the best parcel delivery. I wouldn’t send a parcel without visiting ParcelMonkey.

I ordered a courier, via Parcel Monkey, to pick up and deliver a package on a 24 hour slot. The parcel was picked up on the due date (24.8.21) but has still not been delivered. There is no suggestion at this time that the package is even out for delivery.

Booked for a parcel lift a week ago. I am saddened because the parcel was not picked up, no one called for the parcel. It is totally not nice. I have bad experience with the parcel service.

I only gave 1 star because I cannot give a minus. Driver failed to arrive and I had a text saying he called but we were out, Total lie. He failed to turn up at the allotted time so we stayed in. One hour later we had a text saying he had called. We were in the house when the text came through
