I am not happy with the service at all. I had to return item that was in his original package - size and weight, written on the box! I have provided the details and was charged £13 for postage. 1 week later another £53 were taken from bank account, following email saying that the package was 10kg heavier. I am not happy with that, I would of paid alot less with another company! How the same item became heavier by sitting in the box?!

Over charged me for a parcel claiming it was 5kg over weight. No evidence was provided and even when the recipient of the parcel demonstrated the weight was as declared they did not respond to my communication.

I use Parcel Monkey on a regular basis in sending parcels to families in France and USA. On this occasion I used Parcel Force through Parcel Monkey. I was a bit disappointed about the time taken from receipt of parcel to deliver to France as it took over a week when 3-5 days was expected. Otherwise the parcel arrived without damage.

I paid a lot of money for this delivery and upon being received at customs in China Courier would not hand over the parcel to China customs due to the value of the personal items being over 1000 rmb. Consequently they said our only option was for it to be returned to us or disposed of. Not once was I contacted about this, I had to do all the phoning to find out what was happening and why it had not been delivered. The phone number also was chargeable at 7 pence a minute. When completing the paperwork for sending the parcel nothing on the website mentioned the limit if you chose Courier. I have previously sent parcels over the last 7 years of over £200 (2000rmb)

This was the first time Id sent a parcel of some 40 or 50 books to a favoured monastery. The Abbot there was SO excited waiting for them to arrive and was delighted he could track them and that they all arrived perfectly safely. B.T.W. Im blind so it was a great experience! thank you SO much!!

My parcel was collected very efficiently. Went to Hong Kong without delay. However few days later I was contacted to say that my parcel was much heavier than declared. They informed me it was over 8 kg, which was impossible the contents were no more than 2.5 kg.I would have thought that the parcel would be weighed on scales and not by laser velocity. Not very happy as I was charged another £12 .At least the parcel arrived ahead on estimated delivery date. If I use this company again I will insure that I record the weight myself.

Terrible service, Parcelforce 24 shipment, the item apparently was refused by customer so returned to parcel monkey address, It clearly states on there website for you to enter your own address for returns in the event of there being a problem. parcel monkey then charge me £15 + £5 handling fee to return my parcel back to me. even though the original shipment price was less than £10. Apparently in there small print it states parcels must be returned to them, even when they specify on the application you must enter your own return address as per royal mail. Very bad business and a complete con.

I wrote a previous review regarding my experience using parcel monkey. Their response to that review was to lie and yet again, palm me off. They have also stopped me from replying to their messages on their online messaging service. I will be pursuing this further with trading standards, under terms of the sales, goods and services act 1982. The item that was shipped by them was broken beyond repair. They reluctantly paid out for the cost of the item (was insured) but have refused to pay back the shipping cost. So I have to pay again through absolutely no fault of my own. How is this right?? And in-line with the sales, goods and services act 1982?? I should not have to spend more of my own money to make it right with my customer. Parcel monkey’s customer services and system is a total joke. As I said in my last review; DO NOT USE.

Will never use again , never ever ever , my parcel keep showing in transit for nearly two weeks , I think it’s lost but they never admit that !!! Sent gifts to my nephews , teach me to go to monkey businesses , it’s exactly what it says , monkey business , and you can’t contact theme , no phone , no email , just useless chat that tell you every time your parcel is in its way !!! Yea it’s called trolling .

Beyond awful service. We sent a door back five days ago. Today it returned back to us, with no reason why. And the door was ripped of all packaging and danged beyond return! Please can someone explain why weve paid £40 for a door to be sent back to us and damaged beyond what I thought possible!
