Unclear and I done weight correct extra £20. charge followed AVOID

Parcel monkey were fine, good communication. Courier however , we paid for next day delivery and they lost our parcel with no communication until I called them to find out where it was, the Courier guy to be fair was not impressed chased our parcel and got it delivered next day 3 days late but at least it wasnt lost. Havent had time to contact parcel monkey to claim a refund on poor service from Courier but this really should come from Courier not parcel monkey.

For some reason, this delivery took a week to arrive. Quoted time was 2-3 days and there was no explanation given as to why the package arrived 7 days after collection (left here on a Wednesday and was delivered the following Tuesday!).

I had a problem with a parcelforce parcel and PM refused to phone them to try and sort it. When one pays an agent for a service, one does not expect to have to sort it oneself. they say they have no phones!!

I used to use another service for mid-sized parcels, however, Parcel Monkey offer a more competitive rate and they plant a tree for all services over £10 - great news for the planet

I found out the hard way the chances I had been taking using Parcelmonkey for my small business. The courier I selected through Parcelmonkey damaged my parcel and disposed of it without consulting me, so I called the courier for instructions on how to get compensation. They assured me the contents was fully covered by insurance, 30kg dried cocoa beans (inclusive of packaging), but it had to go through Parcelmonkey. So I submitted to Parcelmonkey all necessary documentation for £200 compensation, so I can fulfill my customers order. But Parcelmonkey turns to me to say my goods are listed as in prohibited items list under FOOD carried on a no-compensation basis. Ive spoken to the courier and know this to be untrue, my goods were not Ready to Eat, so the classification and packaging is for COMMODITY, which was boxed up with double layer sack of woven polypropylene and Grainpro lining. Why do this to the customer when they have done their homework? It has been a very expensive lesson I learned: only use Parcelmonkey if you dont care about losing your shipment. Ive now opened an account directly with the courier company so I dont have to put up with such poor service.

Hi Parcel Monkey. It was different this time not using DPD but Parcel Force picked our parcel no probs but no time window given.
Same at this end (Spain) parcel delivered no time window and no tracking facility. But Heyho we have our parcel and we are happy????????

family and grandchildren live i Canada i have used Parcel monkey uk three times and ever time they are second to none. Pick up at post office near me and my gifts are always with leave within 4 working days its great thanks for making it so simple sending parcels overseas

Always my go to for parcels too big for the RM. ParcelForce my usual carrier of choice is always cheaper… especially taking extra insurance into account.

First and last time My parcel had an issue and they supposed to sent it back to me. That happened in May, were already in July, but they still not giving me any real solution. I already offered to pay more just to have my stuff back, but keep acting as robots. They were present for an special occasion, just ruined everything and keep acting like it doesnt related with them. I wish I could give cero star
