Terrible customer service when something goes wrong. Lost my parcel but no compensation as company said theyd delivered. Told to take it up with parcel force who told me to take it up with parcel monkey. Also had lots of late collections when paid for 24 hour service but no reduction of price to even a 48 hour service. Parcel wasnt collected when first booked and had to rebook for the following day for collection. When I went to rebook it wasnt clear on the site that the rebooking had been accepted. I then tried to book again (as I wasnt sure it it had worked) at which point the site sent a message that the booking was already made (so obviously it had accepted the first rebooking - just not indicated that it had done so).

Parcel Monkey is selling overseas expedited shipment service 3-5 days for £35.00. However, parcel arrives more than 3 weeks, no tracking for weeks. I had to fully compensate my customer. When I asked the same from parcel monkey they offer me 20% after more than 4 weeks of constantly chasing them for answers. They claim that the courier refuses compensation to them. This should not be my problem. I booked the service with parcel monkey. The courier would not even talk to me claiming that my contract is with parcel monkey and not with them. So, avoid parcel monkey as they only want your money. They do not care what happens to your goods and service reputation as a business. And if things go wrong they blame it on Covid and Brexit. Shame on you , PARCEL MONKEY UK

The parcel was collected the day after I booked it as promised & it safely arrived on the other side of the world in the specified time. Very cost effective & efficient courier to use. Very happy.

Their system seems to be deliberately set to generate postage labels under the weight requested, presumably to keep the quote price lower, this proves a problem later though as if weighed by the post office they reject overweight parcels.. If discovered later on route and its international a charge of around £60 can be levied.. I challenged them on this and they said the barcode would reflect the correct weight.. Took it to the post office, and guess what.. Rubbish.. The barcode reflected the weight on the label which was 6.89kg when I had booked 7.1kgs..this does not effect it much in the UK but my parcel was going to the USA

Parcel not collected as requested. Had to ring to enquire why. Picked up following day so paid extra for nothing. Suggest you book direct with carrier. Lot easier.

Superb service. Instant emails with print out address labels. I chose parcel force tracked 24. Yep! It arrived in less than 24 hours.

We sent an item using Parcel Monkey and during transit the item was damaged beyond repair. Attempting to claim has been a long winded and painful process and to be honest a joke! They are still refusing the give me the money to the value of the insurance which leads me to say they MISS-SOLD the insurance. No phone number to speak to someone so all correspondence is delayed by a few days...DOES NOT MAKE YOU FEEL VALUED AT ALL!!!!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AND USE SOMEONE ELSE

The worst !! Do not use them the service is **** and they do not help you ! I paid for 2-4days deliver ! Never received the item ! Tracking was never updated they kept giving me excuses and now helping ! Do not use them !

Over the years I have praised PM on trust pilot but it is great until something goes wrong. My parcel to west Africa with Courier seems to be going to Australia. I have notified PM of this and yet its now 4 days not much has been done. Courier has held the parcel in Heathrow and awaiting instructions from Parcel Monkey but yet there is no progress. They lost a parcel for me in December due to their lack of communication with postal service and I feel this will end the same way. I have been contacting them daily but yet no effort has been made. The pricing might seem competitive but be very careful that should something go wrong you will have no support.

I’ve used parcel monkey often and every time they have delivered. Such a simple site to use, just using package dimensions and weight and it searches delivery companies for you and lists them by price. It must be a good interface because the delivery companies turn up and deliver as promised.
