As usual Parcel Monkey was brilliant. Easy clear instructions print offs fast and clear. Drop at post office given a receipt. Arrived in Singapore in THREE days. Lightening quick thank you top class.

Not sure parcel monkey are to blame but my parcel was not picked up from the location. No message or reason why. Although I was advised by Parcel Monkey customer service that I could rebook the pickup this was not possible as the person was away after the date it should have been collected. I was fortunate that they could drop the parcel at the post office. But this was days later than the date I need the contents of the parcel for.

I was very disappointed as there was no guidance on Taxes, in the country I was posting to. I expect the carrier to provide that information. Also, the parcel did more than 5 days to arrive.

Failed collection for 10 days . The tracking showing the contrary. I had to incur expenses unnecessarily to speed up collection to avoid my parcel being confiscated,

This company is a joke (Parcel Monkey} they have charged me £49 extra claiming the car battery they courier for me was 77KG. How on earth this is possible??? I have supplied them con create evidence that it was not and provide exact measurement/ weight. But its like getting blood out of stone and they are yet to refund my money. Complaint system is none existence. I am thinking to take them to small claims court to get them to pay and to effect their credit ratings. I will not let them steal my hard earned money! Beware

Absolute farce this is the second time using this service the first was two years ago and it was a disaster, having given it another go the outcome was exactly the same ... wouldn’t use again if it was free , save yourself time, stress and lost wages and avoid like the plague

We are a mail order firm (books etc). We use Parcel Monkey regularly for nearly all parcels over 2kg. There seems to be a small saving against regular prices of ParcelForce or other parcel carriers. For items of value over £200 we use their insurance; the price bands are narrower and sometimes higher than for some carriers so it may pay to check final cost if this is an important issue, can be slightly cheaper to ship elsewhere for high value packages. Actually we have never lost anything with them yet, so no idea if the insurance works in the event of a loss. When using their screen display, not easy to save and re-use addresses for regular repeat customers, normally have to look up a postcode each time to complete the address. Would be nice to have an auto-save possibility for regularly used addresses without going to a separate screen to make a saved customer address list. We have set up for them to take card payments, normally OK, quick and easy. Twice last year their system was down and we had to use Paypal instead. Last month they invoiced us for one sending at £28.66 but wrongly charged the card £74.73 (ouch!). We raised the query about it and did get a refund this month. So, on balance, convenient to use regularly, it works well, but keep an eye on costs and charges.

Absolutely terrible terrible service. I am appalled. I’ve used parcel monkey for years but this current order has meant I will never order from them again. They fail to answer questions asked in the support centre and just say “sorry for any inconvenience”. Extremely unhelpful.

Worst experience ever, Sent a parcel with accurate dimensions & weight - been charged additional £53 for a botched job via parcel force. Proven evidence with photographs of dimensions and photographs on weighing scales to show my initial parcel and payment was well in its dimensions but they will not refund as there is no image of the parcel actually wrapped showing recipient address & a tape measure for evidence of size. Consequently if you send parcels a lot as a business this is another job you will need to do to prove it. It is impossible to use this practice therefore you are on a good luck basis if you get some numpty that hasnt a clue about size & weight. A costly exercise I wont be using again. Ps you dont get a choice to pay they just take it from your account (not sure thats legal either) Its actually zero stars

I import and sell lots of old school music technology kit on Ebay and have used Parcel Monkey for around 5 years now. I ship out weekly.
I must say I havent experienced any issues - bar loosing one parcel - in all that time. I recently tried FeEx but found the booking and tracking system a complete nightmare.
Honestly, Parcel Monkey is really good with lots of choice all on one platform. It auto-fills your addresses, quickly takes payments and prompts you to print the label. The next morning a driver is picking your parcel up from your porch.

Sent a parcel, then get a additional charge saying parcel weight was 6kg. It only add a ipad inside and was in the contracted 1.5kg allowance. Will use parcel 2 go much better service and they do not try to rip you off.
