Sending parcels over to Northern Ireland is as easy as taking them down to the Post Office for us. We use Parcel Monkey to provide us with a number of options ranging selecting from different companies to either Drop off at a Post Office, or Local Shop, to Collection from our Warehouse. This is great as we often leave work part way through the afternoon and take our parcels with us - therefore, not having to wait around for a collection.

Parcel Monkey experience was fine, but the delivery company I chose, Courier were very poor. The delivery driver at the destination end didnt seem to be able to find the address and carded the recipient twice. To avoid the package being returned to me I suggested that the addressee change the destination to his works, but this was not allowed so he ended up driving to the Courier hub to collect.

Really satisfied with the process. The company was telling us the next step. It got to the destination even before I thought. I will use this service again. The only thing to improve, if possible, to be a bit more precise about picking up and delivery times like...morning or afternoon but the message 1 hour in advance is quite good though.

The worst ever service. If you value your parcel dont ever use Parcel monkey. Contact the parcel service provider directly. I have lost ny documents and this company just dont care and I ve lost more than 800 pounds. Stay away from them
