Very good service. Easy to use, no hassle

I booked a next day delivery for a parcel held at a commmercial property on a trading estate - over the course of 9 days and 3 rearranged collections no explanation was given at all. A refund was offered however this takes A further 3-5 working dats Parcel monkey receive 1 star because I couldn’t submit zero stars !

There’s no warning upfront that generating the labels would take time after purchase. But otherwise great service

I hired Parcel Monkey to ship a package from California to Bulgaria. They lost the package, valued at $700 US. It took over six of repeated contacts and attempts to even get Parcel Monkey to admit that the package was lost, but finally they did. They acknowledged that the loss should be covered under the insurance I had purchased from them under the original shipping contract, and requested that I send them proof of the items value and a picture. I sent both immediately, and Parcel Monkey confirmed, in writing, that the insurance claim was valid and that they had received the required proof. That was two months ago, and I still havent been paid, or even had any estimate as to when theyll be paying. For a while the responded to my inquiries by telling me the matter was still under investigation, but my last two messages to them havent received any responses at all. It does not take months to process a lost package claim, especially after a company has confirmed the claims validity in writing. Parcel Monkey routinely takes days or weeks to respond to customer service messages, and their responses are typically a nonsensical runaround or more delays. I can not ethically recommend use of their services to anyone.

We paid for a next day delivery (ordered Tuesday for collection Wednesday, delivery Thursday), they courier who I believe was UK mail turned up to collect on Wednesday of the following week. We had to rush the parcel to send with Parcel Force Wednesday evening when the courier didnt turn up.

Sent from UK to France on Thursday afternoon. Arrived with me in France Wednesday morning with a Sunday and two bank holidays in between. Just great.

This would be a great service if the couriers they worked with did their jobs. We tried shipping from the UK to Germany. The parcel did not arrive when it shoudl have and, worse still, the delivery agent in Germany, GLS, misrepresented what they did with the parcel -- we only found it by asking Parcel Monkey to track it down over and over again. The whole process took two days (and was really stressful). I have to say that the Parcel Monkey staff were nice, polite, and helpful, but that doesnt make up for that fact that Parcel Monkey has contracted with a delivery service that doesnt do its job. We would have preferred to have no interaction with customer service and have just know the parcel was delivered according to contract.

THE WORST LOGISTICS COMPANY IN THE UK BY MILES!!!!!! Organised a collection days before prior to the pick up. No heads up the driver wasnt going arrive that day, there werent sorry & there customer service team is being so slow to respond & rectify this! Was meant to be collected by DPD Put some how Parcel Monkey mucked it up. Would recommend going straight to the Logistics company!!!

Arranged for a 1-2 day delivery on Thursday before Easter and expected it to be delivered by Wednesday. Left specific instructions that if no one in to leave in safe place. Midday received email saying no one in and they would try and deliver next day. When I contacted parcel monkey they asked alot of irrelevant questions which ended with me running out of patients. The contents whuch were required for a job have now lost me the job. Thanks

I am having a very poor experience with Parcel Monkey. A parcel has failed to arrive, and the only way I can contact them is by a support ticket, they do not publish a phone number so you cant speak to anyone. I have asked 7 times for an update, the only response is that they are checking with the courier. The parcel was sent to South Africa, using DPD, a month ago on 4-6 day delivery, and it has not yet arrived.It appears to be held in customs according to the tracking information, but I cannot get any information about why, or how to get it released.

Worst courier experience in all my years of sending packages. I used Parcel Monkey to place an order using DPDs service, for a package to be sent to Australia. Now this package weighed in at 2kg. (It was a NECA 18" Figurine) I ensured it was in a snug fit box, as I know they go by volumetric weight. Some days later, I received an email saying they require an additional £21.89 as the volumetric weight is 8kg. 8 KILOS. What on Earth. I immediately contacted them and asked for evidence of this before I allow them permission to take the funds, which Id be fine with paying if they could prove their claim. (As I knew for sure it was nowhere near 8kg - Complete baloni) I had been contacting them on social media and on their website message/chat about this over the course of 5 WEEKS and they couldnt provide a single piece of evidence to support their farfetched 8kg claim. Yet they still took that additional £21.89 out of my bank account without my permission. They may very well reply with "Were very sorry about this experience, please message us and well look into this" Or something along those lines, but I have been doing that for so long. The apologies never feel sincere and you get the feeling they do not really care as they take zero action to help their customers. And this may also become lost amongst the fake 5 star reviews, but please do have a read through and approach with caution. Theyll also remove your comments on their social media accounts if you leave any negativity there. Ill also be reporting this to BBC Watchdog. For potential customers thinking about using Parcel Monkey, please look elsewhere if youre looking to send your packages overseas.

I would like to share with everybody my bad experience and also see if I can get a answer and not an automatic reply. As I was going to move, I sent 6 parcels trough ParcelMonkey, meaning, that inside of this parcels were everything ( all clothes, shoes, personal objects and others). On the 21th of February DPD came to my house to pick up all the 6 parcels to be delivery all to the same address. The problem happened when they arrived in the destination, or should I say " supposed to arrive?" On the 24th of February, I received the parcels but just 5 parcels meaning that 1 IS MISSING. When I track the parcel it says " Your parcel has left the United Kingdom and is on its way to France" - and I did not had any other update of it. And when I compare with the other parcels they were all in the same time and place, however, this one stayed somewhere behind.... The strange thing is HOW all parcels had the same destination and just one got lost? I tried to contact ParcelMonkey by the messages in the website, however, looks like useless since the answers are basically all the same and do not help me or give any information. Just want to solve this case as soon as possible because 1 month already passed full of headaches, calls and messages to try to find out what happen but as nothing worked I had to come in public and share my experience for future users ( or not, if they do not wish to lost a parcel). Looking forward to hear back.

Sent a package, was meant to be delivered on the 19th of march. Still hasnt been delivered 3 weeks later and I keep contacting them to ask about the package and the response to paraphrase, "we are in contact with the courier" when it obviously doesnt take 3 weeks to contact their own couriers. And asked for a refund numerous times and no acknowledgement of my refund request. Avoid at all costs. Just a means to claim money off individuals sending packages to far locations.
