Not sure whether it is DPD or Parcel Monkey, but Ive sent two parcels to Austria now and both times I was quoted a three day delivery window. First time it took a week, second time 8 days. That really wasnt what i was paying for and a delivery timescale that cannot be even vaguely adhered too should not be advertised. Wont be using Parcel Monkey or DPD again for any delivery that matters.

I paid for 4 boxes to be shipped, Parcelmonkey messed it up, insisted I had only paid for one (despite the price even obviously reflecting more than 1 parcel), then added additional fees doubling the price (after shipment). They took the money from my account without opportunity for discussion. No support, no complaints hotline, no option. Probably a good service if nothing goes wrong, but not worth the risk. Avoid.

One of the few services who could handle long (5m) parcels without being charged a fortune by haulage companies. Their chosen courier (Tuffnells) was a day later collecting than promised but not the fault of Parcel Monkey.
Easy to book and smooth process. Would recommend.

Couldnt have been worse. My parcel simply didnt arrive, they kept blaming it on different couriers until after a few weeks they told me my parcel is lost. For the moment I have not been compensated for the parcel or the delivery costs

No tracking. No reply from customer support. First tried parcel money. Ordered heavy package shipment with tracking for £120. Package collected 4 days ago. Till today there is no tracking info, I have no idea where is my package. I paid for tracking I should get tracking. If service Im getting is without tracking then price should be of shipment without tracking.

a joke of a company damaged my goods and said there was not enough materials to protect the goods funny how i recieved them in the same box from another courier with NO DAMAGE absolute disgusted with them stay well clear of them if you want your goods to arrive safely and on time

The parcel was never picked up from the post office I left it to. I contacted parcel monkey twice with no reply at all, could’t find a contact number to phone. Eventully I was able to contact the parcel force themselves to resolve the issue after much persuasion as they kept referring me back to parcel monkey. I had a customer pay extra for a qick delivery which I had to refund as it took 2 weeks to get the parcel delivered to them.

I have used Parcelmonkey regularly, usually to sent items overseas and generally if I use the more expensive Parcelforce service I usually have no problem. However every time I try to send a parcel to Asia with DPD there is a problem and the parcel usually ends up coming back to me 2 weeks later after it has travelled all over the country because DPD have decided that it contains a restricted item. However this does not happen if I send with DPD to USA or Canada. In the past these restricted items have included books, shopping bags and most recently because they have decided they cannot transport a parcel which contains two bags of sweets. The sweets were declared in the contents on the order and customs documents and Parcel Monkey were more than happy to take my payment and book the order. I sent two parcels to friends in Taiwan last week which contained sweets amongst other things, I have sent similar items numerous times before with Parcelforce with no issue. Initially the tracking said the parcels had left Heathrow and were on the way to Taiwan but on checking again today it looks like that is not the case and the parcels seem to have been transported around various DPD hubs in England but I have not received any communication to say there is an issue. I have contacted Parcel Monkey Customer Service today to find out what is going on and at first they said the parcels were on the way to Taiwan and then changed there mind and said that they were on their way back to me because they contain restricted items - sweets! Now I have no idea when I will get the parcels back and will face a battle to get a refund just so I can send the same parcels with the same content using their more expensive Parcelforce service but by then my parcels will be two weeks late and I will not be entitled to any compensation for this delay. To their credit when this has happened before Parcel Monkey have always given me a full refund but this does not fully resolve the problem, if anything it is the lack of interest in sorting the issue out, ie helping me get my parcels to where they need to be, that is more frustrating. It seems to me from the issues I am having now and have had previously that DPD are reluctant to transport anything to Asia but if that is the case why do Parcelmonkey still keep offering this company as an option for overseas shipping? I note that when negative feedback is left on this website the standard response is that they are just a price comparison site; there certainly seems to be no interest in resolving issues that occur that’s for sure!

Booked UKPOST via Parcel Monkey, they failed to pick up on the assigned day then turned up every day after for 3 days.... Prob not Parcel Monkeys fault but still a poor experience.
