Arranged online late Sunday evening, picked up Monday afternoon (one hour time slot given) and delivered to Dublin on Wednesday. Good value, speedy pick up and delivery. No complaints at all!

Did not mention the fact that when ordering a parcel collection that they could not give a time frame other than between 8am and 6pm, waited in all day for a collection that took place at 4.15pm. It would be good to have a morning or afternoon collection time slot. Other than that, collected and delivered next day.

Send just shoes in orignal box before send it i check weight it was under 1 kg today got email that 4.29 was charged from your bank account because of weight 3 kg how 2 kg gone up automatic it just nike shoes in orignal box you stole my money thef avoide it will not use any more in future really disappointed

LOST my critical legal packet of documents...And NO ATTEMPTS to trace it since last 10 days... Unprofessional Faceless Not contactable Being bounced between DPD and these Parcel monkeys. (aptly named) Always replying since last 10days ..saying we have contacted the courier and waiting for them to respond.. I reproduce the responses to have a flavour.... of the way they will handle your stuff.... 1)Monday 23rd April 2018 @ 13:39 Good day. We have forwarded this to the courier. As soon as we receive an update, we will contact you immediately. Apologies for the delay. 2)Wednesday 25th April 2018 @ 14:23 I do apologise for the delay in providing an update on your consignment. We have had to re-chase the carrier upon your case, as we do not handle the goods ourselves. This can take a little time while they conduct investigations into your package. We appreciate your patience in this matter and as soon as we have a reply we will be in touch with you directly. Once again apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. 3)Wednesday 25th April 2018 @ 14:58 Good day. We were informed by the courier that the Estimated delivery is 27/04/2018. Parcel was collected from the pickup shop on the 23/04/2018 estimated shipping time would have started on the 24/04/2018. 4)Thursday 26th April 2018 @ 08:59 Good day. Upon checking here, your parcel is still in transit. Apologize for the inconvenience caused. 5)Thursday 26th April 2018 @ 12:06 As per the courier, the estimated delivery is 27/04/2018. I now have re-chased the courier regarding this matter and as soon as we received a new relevant information from them, we will contact you ASAP. 6)Thursday 26th April 2018 @ 13:43 Please be advised that this has been brought up to the courier’s end and they are still looking into this at the moment. Once we hear back from them we’ll contact you immediately. 7)Friday 27th April 2018 @ 05:17 Please be advised that we are still looking into this right now. We will get back to you once we have received any information from the courier. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. 8)Friday 27th April 2018 @ 08:40 Good day. Kind regards, Mike Thanks Mike Having already taken two days off work to wait for couriers who never turned and then spent several hours on your Live Chat trying to get some help from people whos only option is to reschedule a delivery I was supposed to get over a week ago, I am sure you can understand that I dont want to spend a minute longer dealing with the appalling customer service end of Parcel Monkey - unless of course you are willing to offer some proper compensation for completely messing me around. 2nd time using this service, this time to move 4 large boxes from England to France. The courier sent me a text in the morning telling me when the driver would come. And 2 days later they were all delivered to France. Boxes were a bit bashed but I think they werent all that strong to begin with. Im really pleased with the service and I will definitely be using again!

One of my sisters parcels was a suitcase and got missing at the couriers depot and over a week later it still hasnt been found. It had new clothing for her, her son and I. I hope it was not stolen internally!
