I bought a 2 days delivery to France and after waiting 4 days and the package havent arrive i contact parcelmonkey and they said they are soryy bla bla and they cant do nothing about and the parcel will gone arrive in another few days (7 days total time ) but i have choose 2 days delivery not 7 .... so im very unhappy for the services

Really Poor. On the website I booked for collection today before the specified deadline. Waited until 5pm after seeing no one came for collection. Contacted Parcel Monkey who said that because it was so close to the deadline, collection has been arranged for tomorrow. I received stating collection today and no further notifications. The client is expecting delivery tomorrow. Not helpful at all. The only consolation is that I have been refunded. Will stick to Parcel To Go.

picked up but with attitude from the driver! He only gets 2 minutes for pickups so wasnt happy to come back in the office to sign the paperwork. I told him this is a very busy site & cant drop everything when he arrives!!

CRIMINAL - the snap shot below show how Parcel Monkey is complicit in supporting other couriers who charge extra for parcels AFTER they have been delivered. They do not offer any proof of reason for the extra charges but demanded that I do. Absolutely unhelpful, unsupportive behaviour to their customer, and all for an extra 18+ pounds. It is common knowledge that courier companies in Ibiza, Spain where my package originated from often add extra charges after delivery, and sadly I have fallen prey to this deplorable practice. Parcel Money has declined to investigate or support my claim, and shows its is just in it for the money and any claims of their behalf to provide customer care are clearly untrue. Incredibly disappointed, and would never use this company again, and advise any potential customer out there to avoid them at all costs, and go direct with a real courier instead of these skonky middle-men. The box contained only 3 lampshades, and a small plastic container of utensils and foam beads for protection. I was able to lift the box easily, and I weighed the object before hand carefully after packaging. It weighed exactly 15 kg. I left the box with a neighbour in Spain who weighed the box again when the courier picked it up. It was 15kg. End of story. The courier is trying to pull a fast one. A story I have heard many times in Ibiza, no mater which company acts as the courier. I do not agree with this, and do not see how this can be done so long after the parcel was already delivered, this should have been, and easily could have been advised before delivery. I am certain that this charge contravenes all sales and customer rights laws, and will fight this with the advice of the relevant government agency in the UK. I do NOT give you consent to take the fee from from card and demand that any fee extra taken be returned immediately. This is my first time using parcel monkey and my experience was as follows: i picked one of the couriers which was mid price out of the list offered put in the addresses ( NE london to SE london) and was then told after entering details that addresses were not compatible with courier chosen. So then just chose most expensive courier on list Parcel force , website kept address so did not need to enter it again and paid . All went fine and parcel was collected and delivered on time by parcel force. I would use this service again.

Waited in three days running for courier who never showed. Parcel Monkeys online chat customer service team were unhelpful to say the least. Answering me solely with cut and paste replies. A very frustrating experience. Also had to chase them for a refund. AWFUL

Utterly superb! From Uk to France in 3 days item weighed 20kg was quoted £38 by other people had it collected and delivered door to door £18.98 absolutely superb!! Will be using all the time from now on!

Organised for my parcel to be collected in London for shipping to Melbourne. Parcel collected and then inexplicably rejected for a reason that no-one at PM can tell me. (It contains clothes and shoes, personal belongings). They dont know where my parcel is, why it was rejected, when it will be found, who has it or what happened. Despite repeated pleas to speak to them, they wont give out a telephone number! It has now been almost 2 weeks and still no resolution and I keep being asked to wait for the courier to respond. I cant seem to make a claim or get a refund and they have already charged my account. It has been a very stressful and upsetting experience as that case contains personal belongings from someone who recently died and it is all I have left of them. So disappointing and unacceptable. I will taking my case to the Ombudsman and Small Claims court!

DPD failed to attend for the first collection. We then re-requested the collection - but they failed to show again. Checking direct with DPD shows you have never processed the request to them. Consequently, urgent time sensitive materials have failed to meet a deadline, causing immeasurable difficulties for our business. Small businesses rely on efficient partners and your careless and poor service have left us disappointed, stressed and out of pocket. Not the first time we have had problems with using the service but we have always given benefit of the doubt. We wont again.
