I elected Parcel monkey for sending papers to Canada quickly. Having selected DPD as seeming the fastest, I was given an hours slot when they would be collected. I waited in the whole day, and no-one came to collect the parcel. I then rang DPD who promised to ring back in an hour, but failed to do so. I then rebooked for the following day, when DPD collected at the right time. I have previously used parcelforce who seem more reliable than DPD This caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

Scam! Dont buy extended liability as in my case . I booked through parcel monkey delivery as I returned brand new basin tap by using UK mail courier . I was advised by store that My goods were damaged throughout delivery . As I have add extended liability on the amount of goods, I placed claim . Parcel monkey , asked me to provide photos of damadge goods, invoice and package photo. As the shop didnt sent me picture of package only damaged item. Parcel monkey rejected my claim as I havent provided photo of the package. I have read parcel monkey terms &conditions and especially clause 10 with regards to claim, in this clause not specified any conditions that should be meet i.e. MUST have photo of damadged package ! So its mis-sell and misleading clients as company offers extended liability without mention exact conditions to make a claim ! So you buying "insurance" without knowing what Are conditions in order to make a claim in case your item damaged. As customer you dont have full information on this additional liability, which actually from my personal experience will never see a penny from them. So parcel monkey charges but without any intention to compensate you in case of damages.

Total scam and when something goes wrong they take your money and run. Typical big company bully boy tactics against individuals. Parcel not picked up for a week even though it was paid for next day delivery. No refund or close to it. All you get in generic mail responses. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I’m chuffed...I sent a large heavy parcel from the UK to Turkey. It would have cost me £118 if booked directly with ParcelForce...the next best price I could find on another site was £96 but I ended up booking through Parcel Monkey for £31.99!! It almost seemed too good to be true, I will 100% use again.

I used to use parcel monkey as it is an easy and quick way to get a good postage price, however, they have a terrible service on their insurance protection... An absolute con. My recipient did not test the speakers straight away and was trying to work out what the issue was. He finally found the issue and it was clear that it had happened in transit as I tests prior to sending. I bought insurance as they suggest only to find you only can make a claim within 5 days of delivery. You need to look at changing your 5 day claim period or making it explicitly clear in the ordering process rather than hiding it in the t&cs

My experience is still pending and parcel has not yet been delivered but I was extremely alarmed to receive an email today claiming that my letter weighed 3 times as much as I had paid for and stating that Parcel Monkey would deduct a significant Additional charge from my debit card. The matter is still unresolved but looks suspiciously like a blatant scam If it is not cleared up to my satisfaction then my rating is “Unacceptable Avoid”

Sliding scale for insurance was more competitive than the fixed rate offered by Interparcel. Not sure why it took up to 30 minutes for the postage labels to be generated, when they appear instantly with Interparcel. Tracking link worked well. Will use again.

Bad customer service. Please avoid at all cost. Trying to charge me extra saying my parcel weigh more than what describe which is not true. Contract customer service they are useless. Never use them again.

Horrible service. Booked through parcel monkey and had parcel force deliver our £750 built in oven. When arrived, our oven was smashed to pieces on literally all four sides. Even though I purchased insurance on my delivery - parcel monkey has refused to cover the cost of the item because the glass broke on the oven and they don’t cover glass. Well, what about the rest of the oven that was completed smashed to pieces? I will continue to fight until I get reimbursed for the amount I am owed. Due to Parcel Force’s negligence, and Parcel Monkeys lack of care for their customers- I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! And I warn you to stay away ....
