Amazing service , lovely staff for collection and delivery, fast,easy and everything arrived in perfect condition....used multiple times and never been disappointed.

Courier arrived 4 hours before the time quoted in text message received, fortunately someone in. Paid for next day delivery and it took 2 days to arrive, told by driver my goods would be left in his van overnight before going to depot next day, now I know why they charge so much to insure anything above £25.00. Not impressed with UK Mail !

Sent a 13kg parcel to Malaysia, it arrived within 5 days. Have used Parcel Monkey many times and will continue to do so.

These are one of many brokers in a competitive market. Being a broker means they are not completely to blame for a lot that goes wrong with third-party carriers, but it seems to me their booking system and comms with the carriers is not good enough. They are often powerless when a problem occurs and simply refer your issue on to the carrier. The service may vary geographically but in the SW I have had plenty of failed collections with all the carriers they deal with (and they do not deal with that many compared to others), plus some delayed deliveries and some lost too. The best service is with Parcelforce (but they are the most expensive). The others e.g DPD it seems one collection request is never enough and there are failed collections every time on the first request, hence there booking system is not up to it.

We were told we could have our parcel delivered to France within two days. I used the drop off and when I checked on the tracker it was still at the store the following day and by this time delivery was four days. However I then had an email from the French Courier to say delivery would be made and that would be three days! We are guessing it has made its final destination as I can no longer track the parcel

Parcel shown as delivered and signed for by the person it was sent to, she never signed or received it and no card was left. Trying to get in touch with Parcel Monkey to get help, there is no helpline ... something that most other companies can manage ... and its just taken 10 mins to get a response on the live chat. Theyve done OK before ... delivery takes several days longer than they say ... but I wont use them again

I recently sent 2 parcels with Parcel monkey from uk to greece one week apart. Each parcel was sent to the same person at exactly the same address in Greece. Parcel force was the courier. I had tracked the first parcel and thought it had been delivered. I then realised that it had been delivered to Parcel monkey in England as they were saying that the recipients details were incomplete. I then get email from PM asking if I want my parcel returned ( for extra £20) or destroyed! I continued on the Live chat thread advising them thatI had been sending mail to this address in Greece for 30 years without issue and that the second parcel I had sent with PM was on its way. I could write a book on the issues I have had in the last two weeks, but basically there is NO LIVE CHAT. you can only communicate thro@ a thread with anything up to 2 days delay in getting any kind of response and even then it is usually a robot who does not address the issue. Long story short I had to pay extra £20 in getting my parcel back and although the second parcel has been delivered to Greece, Parcel Monkey took the fee of £33 THREE times from my account and I am still communicating with the robot to get this money back. TAKE MY ADVICE>>>>>DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! POOR POOR SERVICE AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Never collected my parcel

I was informed where my parcel was from collection to delivery day .Few options to choose collection or delivery day. Parcel arrived before estimated delivery date.

Excellent service . I’ve had the misfortune to use other companies and they have been terrible and let us down on birthdays and Xmas , you turned up on the date elected and got my parcel to my daughter 3 days earlier than your competitors . Well done parcel monkey. Will use you again without hesitation, as always sending parcels to Germany .

We had a dispute with our chosen delivery company. We contacted ParcelMonkey who were supposed to sort the issue out for us, but as we were time constrained we ended up sorting it out directly with the delivery company ourselves.

Now my go-to company when I want to send parcels to family abroad. They find me couriers far cheaper than using Royal Mail or Parcelforce. A very large parcel, birthday present for a grandson, was collected from my home and delivered to southern France in just two days at less than half the cost. Excellent and trustworthy service.

It would have been good to have an estimated time for pick up. I have arrived home to a huge unexpected customs bill. I would have chosen the more expensive option if I had realized your service didn’t cover everything.
