Simple and easy to use.

Very straight forward to book a courier. Just put the dimensions and weight and it will show usually 3 options you then just choose simple as that. Depending on where your parcel is going you may need to complete additional information.
One thing that could make it better is to get an hours window message or as the driver is on his way after leaving last drop off as at the moment is anytime between 8am and 6pm and not many people can commit to that and its a hassle when you have things to do like work

simple easy to use website, plenty of choices of companies for delivery with very competitive prices. l used the drop off service and my parcel arrived at its destination the next day, a day earlier than estimated.
I have used this company before and would do so again, l would definitely recommended the company to others.

the parcel was delivered two days prior the estimate time - excellent and thank you. the only thing which in my mind is the collection day. the parcel was waiting for a collection from a shop for three days . That was something I did not plan. In a parcel was a short dated gf bread. It has a short shelf live, always and my son loves it.
I was very much pleased with a delivery of the previous parcel . But, I was probably lucky. That one was collected on the day of the drop off and your delivery to Slovakia was within few days - that is really amazing.The collection time would be very much appreciated.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM - UNRELIABLE/ UNHELPFUL My parcel was booked for next day delivery and ended up arriving at its destination 7 days late. Parcel Monkey refused to give back a refund on the price for next day delivery as it was not part of the payment I had made. Furthermore to my disappointment and frustration, Parcel Monkey customer service was extremely unhelpful in their approach to the matter. No Phone support, just automated message replies. Save yourself some time, and dont use this service.

I sent 2 display cabinets which were uninsulated because of the glass content. Being a regular ebay seller, I know to pack things carefully. Despite this, one of the cabinets arrived completely broken. On top of this, they were delivered to the WRONG address. If it wasnt for the good nature of the recipient, who called me, they would never have made it to their destination. I use parcel monkey frequently, but on this occasion, I was incredibly disappointed.

Initial collection day missed completely, no explanatory text or call.
Uphill after that as parcel collected at time promised on the next day, and successfully delivered to recipient in Kuala Lumpur three working days later.
Safe delivery is main thing, but reliable collection is also important. This is second time we have used Parcel Monkey and will certainly use them again.

Parcel was supposed to be collected by DPD on a Monday but was still waiting outside the house on Wednesday night. I had to go back in to ParcelMonkey and rebook it so it was the collected on the Thursday. Good job it wasnt urgent!

La peor empresa con muchísima diferencia. Me han perdido el paquete. Y yo conseguí que la empresa que gestiona el envio, SEUR, me diera la razón con la perdida del paquete y con la devolución del coste de éste. Pero como que la gestión no la gestioné yo directamente, sino parcelmonkey deben hacer la reclamación ellos. Tan sólo era enviar el correo en el email que les proporcioné. 2 minutos de su tiempo. En lugar de ésto, no paran de darme largas. No repito más. Pondría una 0 en lugar de una estrella.

Dont provide emails with tracking or reference numbers, limited information can be found on their website however. The couriers they use will not speak to you, all problems must be reported to PM who do not have phone lines, not for phones anyway. By the way I must say they werent at all rude or unreasonable - that would be unfair and untrue - just disappointing.

Ohhhhhh Parcel Monkey of course it’s ok, if the courier in China says my parcels has been delivered then it MUST of been delivered!! How silly of me to have wasted the last 115 days of my life trying to get you to locate the parcel. PARCEL MONKEY I PAID PEANUTS AND GOT ???? Hello, Unfortunately we are unable to chase the courier as they have stated this item has been delivered. It´s a massive scam - DON´T USE! Booked through Parcelmonkey. Dropped parcel off for delivery with DPD (who are linked to Parcelmonkey - when you call DPD the automatic voicemail says to contact Parcelmonkey). Parcel never arrived in Spain (3 months since sending, said it would arrive within 3 days!). The tracking said parcel had gone from UK, to Madrid, to Barcelona, back to Madrid and was ready for delivery. Went to SEUR office in Madrid (associated with DPD) and they confirmed parcel never arrived in Spain. I wish I had have read the reviews before using them. Very dodgy, an absolute scam, not sure how their business is legal. DO NOT USE THEM TO SEND ANYTHING OVERSEAS!!!

Paid for 24 hour express for two parcels. Driver was late to pick up the parcels and only had forms for the one item. Next day only one of the parcels was delivered on time. When we chased this up we were given a poor excuse that it just didn’t make it in time despite both packages traveling the exact same route. No compensation offered. Poor service.
