Absolute poor customer service, they keep telling me they have contacted the courier company. Its the worst company to use for parcels. They passed my parcel onto the most pathetic courier company in india. Now i am doing all the chasing in finding out what has happened to my parcel. They use the cheapest and most **** parcel companies to. Never use this service. POOR!

Booked next day collection, item not collected but courier info showed it had been then this was changed subsequently. No reason given just rearranged. An hour spent on chat line and numerous emails but no compensation offered for not meeting service contracted. No paperwork given on second collection as per terms and conditions. Do not use unless you want poor service and your time wasted.

I hadnt used Parcel Monkey before but I am pleased to say it was a good experience. My parcel was collected when they said it would be and it was delivered when expected too. The whole experience was good and it was simple to use. I will happily use again.

I have sent quite a few deliveries out using Parcel Monkey. They have delivered on time every time so far!

Tried to get parcel delivered to Tajikistan. They said they could do this. We paid. They collected and only then said it was not possible!! They have still not returned the parcel and now it is too late to send - the recipient will have left the county. No apology or alternative suggested by teh company and its impossible to speak to an actual person. Phenomenally incompetent.

I carefully checked multiple providers before choosing Parcel Monkey in conjunction with Courier to send my package to India. I used postal scales to weigh it and carefully measured the exact dimensions before rounding them up to the next centimetre. When booking, I was forced to agree to pay extra should my measurements be incorrect. I did this as I knew that my measurements were very correct. Although the package was delivered undamaged and on time, Parcel Monkey issued a surcharge claiming that the package was measured by a laser and found to be oversized after waiting days until after it was received (so that I could not get photographic evidence of the size and weight). My card has already been charged. This kind of trickery annoys me immensely. I would rather be told the correct price at the start even it was more. It is the last time that I will use Parcel Monkey and Courier and I have already probably told ten people the story and will tell many more.. Cheating customers is not the way to run a business and despite a short term gain, they will loose much more. Twitter and Facebook next

Any surcharges incurred come direct from the carrier and we pass these on to the shipper who is responsible for sending the parcel. We never handle the goods as a courier reseller, so we rely on the details of the carriers laser measurement technology but if you feel this is incorrect we are happy to investigate. If for any reason you are unhappy with this may we advise to a open a support ticket addressed as FAO Manager and we can investigate the issue with the courier. Also it looks like your order was DPD? We can investigate this directly with them as to the cause of the charge.

Absolutely appalling. Failed to complete the most simple of collections TWICE, wasting both my clients and my time continuously. There is no direct phone number to speak to an actual person when you inevitably complain so you get automated robots who arent able to help you at all. Would never use again nor recommend- avoid!

Parcel monkey website is perfect for organising your pickup and delivery with plenty of options to choose and good tracking information plus ad insurance option, the main thing it is easy straight forward no fuss. My Hermes Yodel plus many more are very good and parcel monkey are too so give them a go

Slick and easy. The package was collected on the same day as the order was placed which was impressive. It would be helpful to have a more exact idea of the time/date of arrival at the time of ordering because this has an impact on the choice between levels of service. Even when collected it isnt possible to know more precisely when the recipient can expect it. This is the only are where I can see there could be improvement. Otherwise a very well priced and efficient service.

From start to finish this parcel service has been a disgrace. Firstly, the courier failed to deliver our parcel. When queried, we were treated as if we were suspected of making up the fact that we had not received the parcel. Subsequent complaints and requests for refunds and information have been met with bland emails, going around in circles and getting us no closer to discovering where our parcel is or, more importantly giving us a refund. We have lost nearly 100 pounds worth of contents and parcelmonkey dont care!

The first two times that I sent a parcel everything went ok, the last time something went wrong and the parcel ended up being returned but not to the address that I input but to Parcel Monkey offices. They offered me three options: collect the parcel on their offices, return the item to my return address (but paying a charge plus the costs of sending from their offices to my return address) and dispose of the item. Communication with the company was a little bit slow since they only provide a chat via the website, plus it seems that its more important to advertising the services that they provide on social media than answering the costumers since everyday there are new posts on Facebook and Twitter but then you dont receive a response from them on the chat. In my view the parcel should have never been returned to their offices it should have returned to the address that I input when I bought the service. Thats why people put a return address so that the parcel can be return to the sender, which is not Parcel Monkey. In the end they ended up refunding me part of the cost that I had on sending the parcel. What I got from my experience with this company is that I wont use it again and I do not recommend it. If everything goes ok its fine but if it doesnt you will end up having a lot of complications to get the parcel back.

I have used parcel monkey before and they were great, but unfortunately this time, my parcel didnt get there? Also, they tried to pick it up from home, but I had chosen the take to shop drop off? Not sure what went wrong and just hope the parcel gets delivered

The parcels were not collected by the courier with explanation of the driver that he doesnt bring the boxes downstairs. Customer service of PM just offered to re-arrange collection on another day with no effort to resolve it immediately. I had to call the courier company myself and my issue directly with the courier company.

I placed an International order for a delivery of some personal goods from the UK to China (which is where I am currently) through Parcel Monkey, which was acting as a medium for Parcelforce back in March 2017 (we are now 3 months later). I used my Natwest payment card to purchase the service for 64.19 GBP on the 17th of March 2017, and have my items delivered to me here in Shanghai, China. The delivery was guaranteed for within less than 2 weeks. On my Natwest Online banking payment left my account on the 22nd of March 2017. I received an email notification on the 3rd of April that my parcel had arrived in Shanghai, China and that I had to pay an additional 1.49GBP charge due to the weight being greater than stated. I know this information was incorrect because I *overstated* the weight of my package upon purchasing the service by a few Kg. Regardless the additional 1.49GBP charge was taken automatically, which I did so on the 4th of April 2017 . I never received my parcel DESPITE numerous attempts to communicate with both customs here in China, Parcelforce and Parcelmonkey. Customs via telephone first kept telling me to wait and then parcelmonkey said they couldnt help me other than to give me a telephone number for customs. My parcel was then returned back to the UK on the 22nd of May after finally getting the address from Chinese customs to pick it up (I paid for delivery to my work address but customs said I had to pick it up). On the day I arrived to customs on the 19th (after booking the morning off work) they told me that the parcel had been sent back to the UK already, although customs had told me on the day the parcel was still in China. I had to confirm with Parcel monkey that my package had in fact been sent back. Parcel monkey were unable to give me the pick up address themselves - even though I had paid for delivery to a ** specific address**. I have since received my refund for the postage alone by raising a dispute through my bank in the UK but parcelmonkey have yet to send my parcel back to my brother in the UK. I therefore would like the full value of the items returned to me because I can only assume they have lost my package totalling over 300GBP. Please be aware that I have full message exchange history with Parcelmonkey. This is the tracking of my package through Parcelforces website (status has not changed since late may): EK807430766GB As of the time of this posting my parcel has still not been returned to me

Terrible service, we dropped our parcel off to only be delivered it back to our office the next day. A week later the customer service team just reply with we are sorry for your inconvenience. My credit card company refunded my money for me. Avoid and use a better company who you can call.

upon booking a delivery i had to place the recipients email and phone number, HAD to, as it wouldnt let me proceed. Now this is fine if its Aunt Doris but when its a random buyer on ebay that either refuses to reply to messages or isnt aware eBay messages exist, theres only 2 options, put your own or fake it. As my item is £180, I put my own which meant I continually got status updates and even a call when they were delivering. phone number and email address of recipients should be optional.
