Very efficient and reliable service. The driver who collected the parcel was very nice and professional. The parcel was delivered to the recipient in no time my head spin. But, the service was very expensive for a 2kg pracel. All the same thank you.

Great service. However you need to allow the use of full stops, hyphens etc. In the the address fields in your booking forms. You are losing business through this bug. And frustrating your customers.

Unfortunately for Parcel Monkey, they third party out to a company called DX. Several times they have failed to collect Next Day service, badly damaging my organisations reputation. When challenged Parcel Monkeys response was This is not a Guaranteed Service Bad communication between driver and company resulted in my members of staff waiting for the courier to collect after hours, only for a no show, then the driver claiming the next day he had told Parcel Monkey he couldnt make it. Would of given them a 1 Star review but they did manage to get some of my parcels out on time.
