Easy to use service with competitive prices. Only problem is that if anything goes wrong with the delivery, they dont really want to know because they are just sales agents.

On time for the collection of the parcel and from the UK to Italy, it just took 2 days to receive the boxes even though there was the weekend. Best experience ever and I usually send a lot of boxes; after using several companies I can assure this is the best service available.

If you use the service you may as well kiss goodbye to the package as soon as it goes - if it arrives then great, if not then you will recieve no help, no replacement, and no refund. If your parcel gets delivered fine then its a bargain, but if not and you have to speak to their customer service then God help you! The customer service woman (theres only one from my experiences) is beyond awful. Theres no phone number or address, just an online message service with a horrible grumpy lady who takes several days to reply. Several times Ive had to get in touch about late or missing deliveries and I just get told theres nothing she can do, but I can write a strongly worded letter to the CO if I fancy it. I wrote the letter the first time and received no reply and can only assume these letters go straight on the trophy wall/bin - just dont waste your time and chalk it up to not having read this review sooner and learn for future deliveries! I now use Collect Plus personally but theres plenty of good ones out there.

Hey! The experience was quite bad. I had been using Royal Mail, but thought of using this for a change. The delivery was smooth, but they charged me a lot of custom charge. I know that Pakistani customs doesnt charge it, since I have sent those parcels by parcel force too!

Despite paying for a next day service, taking time off work, contacting them repeatedly for updates, no one collected. Having had the collection rescheduled for the next day, thinking it couldnt possible happen again, the same thing happened. Replies to messages are slow an usually impersonal. Felt like I was communicating a bot. I would never use them again.

Very Easy to use. Parcel Force came the next day to pick the parcel up and it was delivered the next day. What more can I say?

Overall excellent service. I feel that as I had to drive a few miles to drop off the parcel, and it was only a fairly light (up to 5Kg) and modest sized parcel. it could have cost less than £7.14 incl VAT ... BUT it was cheaper than Royal Mail and others and was a good service - especially the tracking and communications, which were excellent.

The DPD driver was at the parcel shop and refused to take my parcel, even though I explained it was urgent, I found him unhelpful. I was quoted 3-4 days for delivery and my parcel has just been delivered after 9 days. I am very disappointed

Absolute joke. I ordered postage, entered the correct delivery details. Then paid for the item (£45 ish). When the labels arrived the delivery address was a mixture of the collection address and delivery address. After contacting PM they cancelled the label and told me to redo the order and pay again. Which would be okay if it didnt take 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Do not use, use another courier instead.

Parcel apparently in china , they are contacting me via email in chinese I havent got a clue what the problem is as I dont speak chinese , everything was correct on the parcel ie address and contact number.

I never seen nobody, so what can I say is that I will never use again your service. I waited two times your driver but nobody came to collect the item. Can you be more rude than this? The worst delivery Service ever!

Quick - easy to use and 50% cheaper than previous courier
Definitely use again. Placed the order at 9am courier arrived at my door an hour later - parcel delivered the next day before 10am

Such a rubbish company please dont use it they are agents working as third-party thats all they do even if your parcel late or something happens to your parcel they dont care my parcel with them more then 20 days and every time when I contact them why my parcel late they said because of customs . When I cheak by tracking no. Status is my parcel in the van . When I ask them they said my parcel with customs please guys be careful if you use these services dpd and parcel monkey????????????????????

Easy to book, pay for, print your labels then......nothing. No collection, chase then re-booked then.....nothing! Ask for refund, wait 5 days for this then book with alternate trusted provider. No more business form me!

I only used the service once and my experience was great. I found the guided purchase process easy and straightforward, followed by timely status notifications. Above all, I value accurate ETA (updated during the day) and a seamless collection.

Excellent fast delivery. A fairly large box 52cm cube taken to local Post Office to be picked up by Parcelforce the following lunchtime, Thursday. Parcel arrived in Jersey Channel Islands the following Monday. I hadnt expected it to arrive so quickly. Very pleased. This was the first time I had sent such a large parceI I will use this service again.

Once again Parcel Monkey did a great job. My parcel was delivered to Cologne - Germany in just over 42 hours after dropping off at my local Post Office here in the UL. Cannot fault this service in any way.
