Total unacceptable experience, waited all day for collection and DX service never turned up and I never got a message to tell me they will not come. Wasted a whole day waiting, will never use again.

The parcel were due to be picked up on Tuesday 27th June but it didnt get picked up until Thursday, I paid for a 2 day delivery it arrived today.

My receiver was charged almost £50 in the customs (the same value of the items that I sent) although I responsibly fulfilled the required documents. In all that process I did not receive any notification nor email from the company warning or explaining me such charges. I still do not know why he was charged. The money was required by the carrier in the country of reception that I never hired.

booked a parcel on a 4-5 day service and still 10 days in and not delivered . no human to speak to just message service . just what people dont want when they have a problem

Not ever having used the site before found it easily navigable with all the options clearly explained .The only criticism being if one opts for a different separate courier then a brand new web form is required. Actually this is the first time I have had to return a parcel and for its convenience and intuitive manner in which one is guided through the process thought it to be top notch.

Parcel not delivered, return back saying address not sufficient, why accept the address in first place if not sufficient but anyway address is complete now sent with royal mail same address.

Just received an additional charge stating that our parcel is 4 times the weight. We weighed the parcel prior to dispatch and have checked our scales since, sent an email disputing the additional charge but still waiting for a response.

Terrible. My bicycle wasnt shipped London to Edinburgh for a race. 48 hour shipping service - it is 8 days, 6 of those business days and my bicycle has still not arrived. The cucstomer service leave a lot to be desired, I have yet to receive a concrete answer as to when my bicycle will arrive at its destination. I am due to leave the UK in the next day, a point that seems to ignored by the customer service people/computer bots. There is no number to phone to enquire, only online communications.

The collection service didnt work. Husband was at home so I think the bell was not rung. Husband had to take the parcel almost 10 miles to the Royal Mail mail hub to start the process.

The parcel didnt arrive as rescheduled (on a Saturday). Called customer service, they said theyd get it to me on the following day (Sunday, or Monday at the latest). The parcel didnt arrive neither on Sunday nor on Monday. Called customer service again on Monday, the lady asked me if I had paid the Sunday delivery fee (you see, for a redelivery her colleague offered me to compensate for their Saturday mix-up earlier). Also sounded like she was diligently reading from a script rather than putting any effort in trying to solve my query. So all in all, they didnt deliver as scheduled on a Saturday, then neither on Sunday or Monday as agreed, and when I decided to let it slide and asked to redeliver AGAIN on the following Saturday, they insisted I paid a £12 fee. This has been awful. Such disrespect and carelessness Ive never encountered with any company before, ever. Very worthy of the 1 star rating indeed: "Bad - unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct".
