Completely hassle free. I shipped a guitar to Lithuania, no insurance could be covered with such items but it arrived in perfect condition within the suggested time of 4-7 working days.
The cost was very reasonable at £30 and I wouldnt hesitate using Parcel Monkey together with Parcel Force again. Thanks very much.

I recently used Parcel Monkey for the first time and am a very satisfied customer. The process was extremely smooth: my parcel was collected when stated and delivered on time, and for a price less than half what I was quoted by the courier direct. Brilliant.

Worst service ever... Collection rebooked 2 times already, Ive spent 2 days at home waiting, and nobody showed up... Its a joke. costumer service is horrible aswell, theyve reccomended me to leave my items outside if it was not possible for me to wait at home... seriously? Refund, and never using it again... shame on you

Really good service, I used DPD drop off service from London to Valencia ( Spain) and in a week I got my boxes at home. ( in Spain is Seur the company that deliver your boxes)
They informed you through an email when you should expect your boxes to be delivered and again with a text message.
Also the customer service in Parcel Monkey website really quick answer and polite.
I will recommend it and I am sure I will use it again if I need it.

terrible dont use I was sending a reasonably expensive item. The set up was fairly easy and a pickup date was given for the next day. So I waited, and waited and eventually it became obvious no one was picking up on the allocated day. The next morning I had a message to rearrange the pick up through parcel monkey and print off a new label. This I did. Then later that afternoon parcel force picked up, gave me a receipt and left. A few hours later I decided to check the tracking details. To my horror the details didnt exist. After a few minuites panic I luckily hadnt thrown the origional label away and checked the tracking on those details. That showed the parcel was on its way, but with the wrong label. Searching every section of the parcel monkey website it seems they have zero, yes zero customer support. My parcel did eventually arrive but I cannot reccomend parcel monkey less. I future I will go direct the the delivery companies websites to order my deliveries. You will get customer support, Usually a timed pick up slot with notifications and not have to waste a whole day waiting for a pick up that doesnt exist.

Much cheaper than Royal Mail.
The parcel arrived at its destination a few days after I dropped it off at the collection station. I paid for the additional insurance as I have had items go missing when posted with Royal Mail, however I think these guys are more honest so maybe not needed next time. Thank you for a fantastic service.

A little confusion around the print out label and the the postal clerk struggled to get the "system" to recognise the parcel but a first class service afterwards. Delivery was prompt, flexible, the tracking worked really well and accurately. I went with the best quote and was not disappointed.

Dpd messed up my delivery sending it to the wrong place,so delivery date was delayed by about 4 days Parcel monkey need to get on these companies backs to make sure these failures dont happen as it looks bad on them I will try parcel monkey again to see if its a one off

Speedy delivery, however I had to get in touch with the customer service which wasnt the best experience. My parcel was not collected on the day I chose so I contacted their customer service via the live chat to rearrange collection. However, the was long delays between typing and receiving a response to the extent that I gave up. Only to find out later that my collection date was re arranged to tomorrow but without me ever saying that that was the day I wanted the parcel to be collected. So I had to contact them again to change the date which I did successful, yet parcel force came to my door on the wrong day to collect the parcel.

Scandalous I sent my packs from newcastle to glascow in the 31 May and nothing yet!!!
