The delivery and collection was on time as described The tracking system didnt work at all so no need to waste your time checking your delivery status The condition of the box was horrible when arraived as it was totally damaged BUT thanks god I wrapped all my staff inside the box

Swift, easy to work with. Trackable parcel which was great. Clear instructions. No idea if cheaper or not to go direct, but I will use parcel monkey again as I was happy with it.

parcel was not picked up after 3 days, they must have known that it was not collected, if a courier company does not pick the parcel up, then its not a courier company, its a take your money and do nothing company, the company I was sending the parcel too, now thinks Im a unreliable business and will probably not use me again, therefore I will never use this courier company again and rate them very poor, which is a fair review.

Not as simple to use as some of the other sites to use. I got there in the end but the quote system got me all the way through to the price section before telling me that my parcel was too big for the service I had picked. Incidentally my parcel has also been damaged by the carrier and not delivered. Not a good experience all round.

I used parcel monkey to send a parcel overseas. It was the first time I have ever done this and I was told the parcel would reach there on a specific date. Turns out information given to me was 100% accurate. The only reason I have not given a 5 star review is because this is the first time I have used them. Will definitely use parcel monkey again if I need to send a parcel somewhere.
