So impressed - I was travelling in South Africa only to find that my UK card was blocked due to fraud. I urgently needed to get my new card sent to me from the UK to SA. UPS wanted to charge £127 to get it delivered in 8 days and then I used Parcel Monkey and was able to use DPD for a mere £27 and it was due to arrive in 5-7 days and I got it in 5 days. That is just fabulous!

FIRST AND LAST TIME. Parcel was not uplifted as promised, no reason given was told via web chat that they would pick up on the Tuesday when it was meant to be uplifted on the Friday before!!!!. I will never use this company again. I have lost a sale through this company. If I treated my customers like this I would not been in business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Seemed expensive but convenient so went ahead with the home collection. They collected a day late and did not let me know which was very inconvenient as Id waited in all day and when I complained all they could say was sorry about that. Would not recommend

Be warned. After one week of NOT collecting my parcel from my local post office, loads of messages from me, they have now come back and demanded MORE MONEY because apparently its needs more wrapping. Parcel Monkey UK does NOT have a phone number. Customer services are all online and bloody hopeless. I now have no package and am out nearly £30 and NO reply from Parcel Monkey. Be warned, when things go wrong, THEY GO REALLY WRONG and there is NOTHING you can do about it. I am out my item and my money now. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sent a 1kg (actually 0.85kg) package to Hong Kong only for PM to tell me a week after delivery that it weighed 1.5kg and they were taking additional funds from my card. I know their reported weight has been made up as I confirmed the weight on two scales, for accuracy. Also to take money, without authorisation, for unverifiable extra weight seems an underhand way to increase revenues. I am aware that PM will come back and tell me that this was in the T and Cs that I agreed to but, next time it will be ParcelHero or another courier - anyone but, Parcel Monkey

once more i had a parcel for collection (DPD) 3 days it was not picked up each day i had a message stating i had re-arranged pickup for next day (which i had not) eventually i dropped it at my local DPD depot as it was evident it was never going to be collected (its not the first time this has happened)

Recommend Parcel Monkey - the cheapest quote for using the post office - and I even got the parcel picked up from home. Much cheaper than over the counter, not sure why as it is the same service.

Never turned up for collection?

Total mess up from the start used parcel force before and never had this type of experience in my life. Didnt pick up shipment when arranged and excuses of being too busy / having exam papers collections, How is that our problem... our customer wasnt happy as needed goods urgently as wasnt going to be at the address initially given the following day, so had to give an alternative address.. instead of using the same tracking number parcel force created a new tracking number with no connection. They subsequently picked up the parcel on the first tracking number which meant was going to be delivered to the now wrong address. They also went and tried to pick up parcel on new tracking number and wondered why the customer knew nothing about it. Finally got the help of Colin, Collection Supervisor at Coventry depot who established the issue and escalated it. After numerous phone calls and different people finally go the goods delivered back to us a week later.

They are worse than TalkTalk. Genuinely every single time I use them something happens. I had to go through Parcel Monkey and they are just as ignorant as DX. I can not even begin to describe how bad a service this is. Go to AnyVan and book with them its more expensive but you wont get the hassle. Trust me do NOT go with DX delivery or DX freight. You will be plagued with problems as I said worse than TalkTalk and AOL for service.

Posted a 3kg parcel from London to a country town in Australia on 20th May, it arrived on 30th May. The cost was one third of what Royal Mail charges and has taken at least 5 days less to get there. Very impressed with this service and will definitely use it again. Thanks!

Really giving this review is some what moot as the couriers did the lifting but PM did their job however I have one bone of contention namely there absolutely daft method of tracking which uses their own tracking coding that is not usage woth the specific courier.
Change it guys as some of us do not need to waste time going through multi-sites to get to the real tracking system.
Other than that good job.

Booked the delivery of 2 parcels using Parcel Monkey to be delivered using ParceForce 24. It was a huge saving compared to booking direct with ParcelForce (literally 1/2 price) and oddly enough was cheaper to use the 24 hour service instead of the 48 hour service. Everything collected and delivered with no problems. The Parcel Monkey website made the whole process really easy to do. Will definitely use again.
