Despite paying for customs using this site, a letter was sent to the recipient asking them to pay more money for the parcel. Terrible. Awful experience.

Advertised delivery was 3 to 4 days. It took 10 days. Granddaughter disappointed on her birthday.

Great Service the only downfall is the big time slot 8am-6pm. Would be good to get a notification half hour or so before delivery/collection.

I needed to get a 20Kg bag of Plaster of Paris from Birmingham to Edinburgh in a hurry. Parcel Monkey collected it and delivered it the next day without a hitch. Excellent service at a very reasonable price.

I arrange courier service to pick up and I got the customer to stay in all day and they didnt come but marked it as the have been so re-book it for the next day available and they didnt come again not happy. So the customer dropped it off at a drop off shop so his time and his petrol ,and parcel monkey do not even care and Ive paid for it to be collected I didnt get a refund

Sent some books to myself ahead of my move to Portugal. Tracking was completely broken. Selected the parcelmonkey by road option and the tracking was claiming delivery before the package even left the country. Also, pretty sure it was sent by plane and not road. Ended up having to interact with one of the subcontracted companies a submit documents parcelmonkey already had for customs purposes, as well as paying some customs charges on personal goods.

Easy to use at much reduced rate than if you buy direct. Do beware though as I bought next day delivery on a Thursday and, whilst it was collected on Friday, the parcel was not delivered until Monday. This was not notified during my purchase. Otherwise a good service.

WORK WITH THEM IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR BUSINESS. One of the worst companies, no different than others, they lost my parcel and did not even bother to help. I am really shocked about their customer service, they are unexperienced, rude and not helpful. Now i have lost my parcel, my customer and my money, all because of this company, Why i am responsible for your fault? I will take you to the Court, i want my parcel back!

OMG, how do I begin to describe the absolute shambles that is Parcel Monkey? In the final week of June I sent some golf clubs over to Italy to use whilst there this summer. I shipped them to a friend/neighbour with an estimated delivery of 7-10 days. After 2 weeks that hadnt arrived & I chased, after 3 weeks they had not arrived & I chased. My neighbour left to go on holiday. After 4 weeks they arrived with a 280€ bill (apparently Italian VAT & customs fees) & my neighbours son, knowing nothing about them, rejected the request to pay so much cash for an unknown item. At this point they were to be returned to the UK. After 2 weeks we heard nothing. They were last tracked after 3 weeks in the wrong depot. That was 7 weeks ago. I chase every week, if I didnt nothing would happen. Parcel Monkey standard response is: We will rechase the courier. Despite having insurance, they refuse to start a claim until the courier (who theyre chasing) confirms that they are lost. And so it goes on. Avoid.

The cheap prices is not worth the pain! On the surface seems like a great idea, get a comparison of different couriers and find the right service and cost. That’s where it stops. Placed an order for collection, the courier never turned up despite emails from them confirming times for collection. You can only speak to customer services on webchat who reassure you that they are still turning up and then they don’t, Day 2 and receive another email to say the collection will happen a day late. Speak again on webchat to customer services who say the driver is on his way and no surprises for what happens next… no one turns up. Had to offer the person I was sending the item to a refund on the delivery costs because of the delay. Contacts Parcel Monkey who didn’t really care and only offer to cancel the courier and refund as an apology. That is not an apology that is my basic right for a courier service failing to do the one thing you hired them to do. So now I’m left out of pocket having to arrange another delivery company and refund the delivery costs to the person waiting on the item. If Parcel Monkey were actually the courier and not just the middle man they would give a damn but they don’t. Complete waste of time and money. I dread to think how many other people get scammed and don’t even get a refund. Steer clear

1. Parcel monkey provide inaccurate information about collections. For example, the confirmation says the driver will bring a label, but then they say the driver will not bring a label 2. Parcel monkey do not have access to the timetables that logistics companies produce and therefore cannot provide a more accurate time window than between 8am and 6pm.

Well I never thought I would leave a negative for ParcelMonkey, considering I left them a 5 star review. But, a £900 item was obviously dropped by Parcelforce (of whom I booked and insured via parcelMonkey) Parcelmonkey initially kept me informed, but this claim has been dragging on for over 3 months, countless times I have had to resend them details and pictures, already previously sent. And now ParcelMonkey do not reply, they state we will reply within 3 hours if possible, well thats been several weeks now, stone cold dead. What can I do, as parcelMonkey will not offer details of Parcelforces head office so that I can deliver a small claims court paperwork, so do I sue Parcelmonkey. I think between the two of them this is disgusting behaviour and what a shame, as I loved ParcelMonkey. But they have lost me as a customer and I will be lodging a formal complaint via the Postal Ombudsman for deception and fraud.

Sent a package to the USA via Parcel Force Global Priority, cant fault either Parcel Monkey, PF or UK custom clearance however on entering the USA we are now 7 days waiting it to be delivered to its destination.
Fully understand that you have no control over USPS.
