I had booked for next day day collection which didnt happen. i was disappointed with the booked courier DHL as my parcel was to go to a shipping agent to be sent abroad and I missed the airfreight day and also the driver moaned about the parcels being heavy, a 15kg and a 18kgs boxes

Efficient ordering. Parcel picked up on time for next day delivery by DHL but delayed for a day without explanation and did not in time for an evening meeting.

While I thought initially it went very smooth, they just added additional charge for no reason saying my package was not in a corrugated box. While their website clearly asks "box or rigid packaging" only, they just charge additional saying UPS charged them when they never give such disclaimers in the website. Customer Service also goes silence when you say you can show photos showing its a proper righid baggage and your website shows rigid packaging and not specifically corrugated box. There are 100s of other services where you can ship boxes or baggages for same price with better customer service. I would say stay away and use more authentic services like lugless or direct UPS.

This service failed to another courier on 2 consecutive days before I was forced to cancel the booking and now I am waiting a full refund. Despite my requests for information via my dashboard and online chat the agents were clueless given that they dont appear to have access to any information from the couriers they represent, in this case DPD. This was a very disappointing experience after waiting in for 2 days given that the best they could tell me is that the collection would occur between 9am and 5:30pm. But, of course, the collection never happened on either day. I do not recommend this company.

Took instant Paypal payment for a delivery, then cancelled the order automatically 3 seconds later. The booking system is trash, it takes payment before it checks to see if it can actually offer the service. Now I have to wait 5 business days to get the money back for a service they didnt have in the first place. A parcel booking website that cant deliver what it offers is worse than useless. Massive waste of time.

Arrangements were easy but courier turned up day earlier than arranged. Fortunately consignee was available and parcel was delivered safely but does shake confidence for future arrangements.

I used ParcelMonkey to send a parcel of event resources from England to Gibraltar that were too heavy for me to carry on my flight. I chose the Parcelforce option which stated it would take 4 working days. By the time I got to Gibraltar myself the parcel still had not arrived, 12 days (8 working days) after posting. I contacted Parcelforce direct who advised it was in country and my local contacts managed to use their connections in the local post office to get the parcel rushed through and released, at 8.30am on the morning of our event, much later than ideally needed. I am disappointed that there was no indication on the ParcelMonkey website that the delivery could have taken so much longer than the advertised timescale. My colleagues in Gib advised me that those sort of delays are standard and so I feel it should have been made much clearer on the website.

I made an order for collection for the 20th January 2025, I paid the extra £1 for the order to be refunded of the parcel was late (original date for delivery was Wednesday 22nd January 2025) Monday came and went with no collection, they "rebooked it" for Wednesday 22nd which already meant the parcel was late, I was told I need to wait for successful delivery before claiming the refund, the order was finally delivered on Monday 27th January making this delivery 3 days late, but now parcel monkey will not honor the refund even after producing all the evidence of the original booking, because they have "rebooked" the collection it essentially cancels out your original booking, which Im my eyes is false advertising, as you would never get a refund as it can be rebooked, I say avoid this company and just take it yourself to be sent they are not reliable at all

Sent a parcel to India. Not the easiest place I must say. Very easy process with various options. I chose Parcel Force. Parcel delivered in 5 days with no issues. Highly recommend them

The experience was incredible. The price I got to post to Norway, using Parcel Force, with the measurements and weight of the parcel was the cheapest and most sensible offer I found. So I was waiting in hope it would be delivered and it was. Everything went smoothly. I will be using the service again.

Parcels just left out side door . My brother in Edinburgh,Parcels just left out side door breached the insurance psid as at risk one neighbour had to pull it in and I selected on the app, app kept crashing easted a whole morning registering and loading details very stressfull what I wanted to avpid. wanted all 4 Parcels collected, and misdirected till after I paid to having y9 drop off at a shop. I have mobility issues so it failed me teflecti g the price frlt a lot sgdn voulda gonre yo other company who duscoubt if multi drop n collect as used after last xmas. Didappointed tjough parcels eventually all delivered.

Everything went entirely to plan. Dropped off at the shop where the assistant was excellent. Parcel was collected as promised on next working day and delivered less than 24 hours after that.
Competitive pricing too.

This review is about the experience I had with the courier I used to deliver this parcel, Evri. It should be noted that I have no issue with Parcel Monkey regarding this problem as their booking system worked flawlessly as it always does. However, I feel this less than ideal experience with one of their partners needs to be passed on to Parcel Monkey so they can hopefully react to it. My parcel was couriered by Evri and was supposed to be a 24hr delivery but they actually managed to take five days over it. It also seems their parcel tracking and delivery notification systems aren’t very good. I sent the parcel on its way on Monday the 27th of January. The following morning I was told this parcel’s delivery had been attempted but had failed. That appeared to be a lie because the following day, Wednesday, the tracking information told me it was nowhere in particular and had no delivery date scheduled. I contaced the Evri customer services number and got automated "assistant" which was very little help. I then contacted the Evri delivery man who is a regular driver for my area and asked him if he could shed some light on the problem. He very kindly asked the Edinburgh Area Manager to look into it and he discovered on the Thursday that my parcel was seemingly in the “National Hub” and would be processed over the weekend with an expected delivery date of Monday. However, on the Friday morning I received a phone call from the driver who was attempting to deliver the parcel telling me there was no one in to collect it. I phoned the recipient who was in fact there so I recontacted the driver and told him to try again. He apparently did so because I then got a message from the recipient telling me had now, in fact, received the parcel. Its delivery time was logged as being at 10.52am. At 12.58 pm, two hours and six minutes after it had actually been delivered, I received a message from an Evri customer services person saying, “As promised Ive checked your parcel this morning and Im sorry it wasnt delivered. Im pleased to see this is now on its way to you. As soon as the courier has your parcel, you will receive an ETA”. To call this shambolic would be an understatement. It was woefully incompetent and there were many times when I though the parcel would never see the light of day again. This caused worry and stress in both myself and the intended recipient since this item was not only valuable but, given its vintage status, irreplaceable. Yes it was insured but that was not the point. Evri came very close, it would appear, to losing this item and I am not impressed.

The whole process worked well and within the time frames suggested.
The pick-up was not very specific about time and as we were the last collection of the day it was very limiting to have to wait available all day.
