The only thing worth a mention is the mobile phone number required for the delivery address as it can be hard to get the number somethimes

If your contractors cannot collect due to the weather, please ask them to say so instead of suggesting the customer has been at fault.

Difficult to manouevre on the site problems if more then one parcel. if make a mistake and want to change something you can't.
