Really good experience with parcel monkey.
Down loaded labels, young man came next day to pick up parcel seven days later parcel arrived in Vancouver.

I sent a small package to southern Ireland on 29th August. It is now 16th Sept, and the package has not been delivered. PM Tracking system sends me to the Parcelforce website, which tells me that the package was collected from the Post Office on 29th August, and nothing else. Customer service at this company is a joke, I paid well over the odds for this parcel to be delivered quickly. I would not advise anyone to use this company, especially if you need your item delivered quickly, or in my case even delivered.

Brilliant as usual, picked up the parcel from my daughter in the UK on the Tuesday and it was here with us in France on Thursday morning. All in tact, all safely delivered and all for less than £20, amazing value and service. I cannot recommend highly enough, thank you to all involved in this smooth, efficient service.

Charged my card and invoiced me for amount, nearly 5 times the original delivery cost, citing my package was larger than the dimensions I provided - which I dispute. They cannot provide supporting evidence for the additional charge. You decide whether to use them.

I sent a very large shipment of stock to the USA. Half of it ended up in Penzance, UK, and promptly disappeared from the couriers radar. Now you might be thinking this is a simple situation. The courier admits its gone, the recipient never got it, I had insured it for £1000. But no. Instead they quibble, delay, thank me for my patience and then over TWO MONTHS LATER after a period of complete silence they send me a SINGLE EMAIL giving me SEVEN DAYS to respond and claim compensation. Unfortunately some of us cant always be tied to our inboxes and it was missed by a few days. Now however they claim that the claim window is closed. It was open for two months while I waited patiently but now apparently theyd rather keep my money and run. So now Im left with having to argue with them on a daily basis until they either pay what they owe or I take them to small claims court. NEVER USE THEM, THEY ARE THIEVES.

Parcel booked last Friday to be collected Monday parcel force didn’t collect so we rebooked for Tuesday On a 48 hour delivery . My customer still hasn’t received .

Have to give one star because the parcel was eventually collected after lots of expensive phone calls to add to reasonable parcel delivery cost, four days after the intended date of collection.

Damaged parcel and reported same day. Took at least 6 days before asking for a form to be completed. Returned same day. Then asked for more details. Huge delay, then told as it was past 14 days (DUE TO THEM) they cant help. I cant say how disgusted I am! Damage was £200 and I paid for full insurance!

I used Parcelmonkey to ship from the UK to France. I used DPD Classic service and paid more because I needed the parcel to be there within 2 days. I even dropped it off at their premises. According to the tracking info the parcel only got into DPD after 2 days. Its been 5 days and still no delivery. I was told if i wanted to return it the return it back to me: "Please note that any return takes an estimated 16 - 21 working days to reach back via an un-tracked service." Very very disappointed!

Paid for shipping with insurance. Parcel damaged but parcelmonkey refuse to pay compensation as like they say: "we did not get confirmation of damage from recipient".... But parcel is damaged what has been proved (photos showing damage done to package and item has been provided by recipient). On the end I lost item and had to pay for shipping. How fair is that?

Never had any problem with PM when using ParcelForce - cheaper than going direct with Royal mail and efficient service. Good dashboard helps in tracking parcels and reprinting labels if necessary.

Very well-priced and effective arrangement of the dispatch and delivery of a fairly large package from the UK to the South of France.
Parcel Monkeys recommended Carrier, DPD, completed the whole task within a few days of collection, keeping sender and recipient well-informed throughout. Impressive and highly recommendable.
